When shopping for my new Mini, I quickly realized that the pandemic really created a limitation to the options I had available to me. I had my heart and mind set on one Mini, and she just wasn't there. Since my lease was going to be up just a few months later, I began feeling like I would have to settle and live with that decision for the next several years. Then I met with Marcos Flores, and he reassured me that he would help me find the Mini I could connect with and call my own. And ladies and gents, that's exactly what he did. Marcos spent 2 months helping me find her! I don't know of any car sales man that has that kind of patience and desire to please their client. But I suppose that's the biggest point here.... Marcos isn't just a car sales man, and you aren't just his client. Marcos treats you like he would a friend or family member, and values you as such. If you aren't happy, he isn't happy. It's that simple for him. Thank you Marcos for your patience and for helping me find my new Mini! I love my new Mini and look forward to the adventures I will have with her over the next several years.
