We have been living in the Brady Sullivan property for a couple of years now. Its a wonderful community to live in. Most of them are really friendly and quite helpful. The lawns are well maintained during summer and snow is very promptly plowed and driveways and roads well taken care of during winters. The maintenance crew is very responsive and attend to issues promptly.
I have been a tenant with Brady Sullivan for a while now. They have been fantastic to work with, very responsive. Highly recommend.
These people rent apartments out that have known asbestos problems. They don't care about your children they don't care about your pets and they don't care about you. They have lawsuits against them in multiple States for having asbestos in there buildings. Don't rent from these Crooks don't rent from them you will die from asbestos!!!
At the sole discrection of the property manager called the tow company and had my wifes car towed a day after a snowstorm (no signage or no warning not to park) while she was caring for a dying man. It was CASH ONLY to get the car out of impound- i then took her back to look after this man for the rest of the day. Heartless- Mindless company. VERY unprofessional. This review should be negative stars- let alone 1 star.
Definitely overpriced for the quality of the apartment. Most of the amenities are not usable outside business hours. The location is nice. The apartment has lots of animals and the hallways look torn up. If you're impressed with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, I suppose you would like it.
If you ever want to lease a property, filled with unfilled promises, and total incompetence, Brady Sullivan is the company to lease from. I I informed them about a mummy's head wasps nest, and 7 months later they had someone come over with a stick, to knock it down. There were wasps all over the place. Seven months, are you kidding me. Also, they tend to lose emails, so maybe they should invest in a better server. Best of luck to anyone who chooses the lease from them.
