This is a great locally owned and operated company. The whole outfit is a quality organization. I've had huges net for the last year and 3 months and didn't realize what poor quality internet it was until Brady Communications hooked me up.
My net is monster fast. No connection problems.

I really can't say enough about the team at Brady Communications. They know they're network so well that I never have an issue last longer than 5 minutes when I call and let them know. Wish I could get my internet in Austin to work this well!

Worst service I ve ever had. Person came in without permission into our home. Called to complain and was told it was the owner that did it. Then supposedly they were at the wrong house and wasn t suppose to be there in the first place.

My first call to Brady
Communications due to a rain/wind storm last night. Moses immediately came out and fixed it. I work from home so what a relief to find an internet company who really cares about their clients. Well Done I give you Ten Stars. SG
Quick install, and very professional. I couldn't remember my password to my router and reset it on my own, this caused some issues. I contacted the owner on a Saturday and he walked me through the steps to fix the problems I caused on my own and got me back up and running in a few minutes. Happy customer!
