It seems as if every employee uses a different way of acting. In exactly the same cases, things were done differently without first consulting the tenant, while this should be the most normal thing in the world. BrabantWonen is a social landlord on paper, but the way they act is antisocial, possibly due to their monopoly position

Very annoying customer service representative!
I made a mistake when registering with Woonservice to keep my residence years.
A mistake can happen, right? According to the employee I lie! She's questioning me like she's from the police. And when I give an answer that is not to her liking, she makes all kinds of reproaches!
They also call it "social" rental housing at Brabantwonen. You can't tell from those sky-high prices!

I have not been renting at Brabant Wonen for that long, but contact with the customer service is not going well, the ladies have no empathy and may be a bit friendlier. However, the handymen are super friendly!

Changing experiences with this housing association, both good and less good.

Bad experience with a renovation project! What a horror, agreements are not honored, wrong letters in the mailbox so that you are waiting for nothing, messy organization, companies are suddenly at your door to do work while you know nothing, brutal and rude workers (but they were of an external company)!

For a repair request: on the phone, usually friendly, helpful and well arranged, sometimes not, unfortunately ....

Since BrabantWonen is my new landlord, the service can be called dredging to say the least. My complaints are not taken seriously. After trying unsuccessfully for 2 months (I am not even called back in the first place), I am told that I can only be contacted in a month. It is a bad company, the takeover is poorly arranged. I am very dissatisfied!
