Visited to use the Collect+ service today at 12:45. Member of staff was rude, and unhelpful. Unable to process as they're refurbishing the store. Suggested they updated the Collect+ site so other people wouldn't make a wasted journey (given COVID-19) and was simply told 'No'. Utterly unacceptable customer service. Won't be going there again and won't be recommending to friends. AVOID.
Filthy, no toilets, no gloves, no paper wipes. Staff attitude couldn't give a damn.
Beware this is not open 24hrs, We came here to get some gasoline for a rented car but the guy working there said it was closed for one hour between 3.30 and 4.30, made us waste an hour and a lot of money to find another one
They sell many toiletries as well as snacks so great for travelers needing small travel size products on the go.
Quite possibly the best petrol station on the Vauxhall Bridge Road. Always a pleasure to fill her up. Their diesel was excellent
I went to send 2 parcels via collect +. I was told the service was not running in the most unhelpful way. I asked when will it be back running and was told nothing is confirmed. As I took his word for it I left and waited outside for a second to check out nearby services when i noticed 2 people walk in with parcels and I could see the guy clearly processing them to send off. When the girl came out I asked her if she was sending a parcel via collect + which she answered yes to and mentioned she pushed back when he said no to sending parcels. i went straight back in and the gormless person who works there just took my parcels and started to process them to send off. I couldnt believe he lied! They clearly offer a service and he just couldnt be bothered to take any more parcels. He literally gave one word answers with no expression. It was like talking to a corpse. Anyways, i wont be going there again to send my parcels. Due to Covid that was the only place open at the time i needed to send things. They really need to improve their service.
