Boyd Gaming/ Gold Coast Casino Review

It's a locals gambling casino. West of the strip next to the palms. It has a bowling alley, bingo hall, comfortable accommodation, a variety of restaurants. Ping Pang Pong is a very popular Chinese and dim sum restaurant. This is the place I like to gamble at. Staff is really friendly. Plenty of FREE parking unlike the casinos on the strip. They also offer a shuttle to the strip and The Orleans.

Fun and affordable. Just off the strip. Rooms recently renovated. Lots of restaurant choices plus catering. Was there for a family reunion. Didn't gamble so can't speak to the payouts. It's off strip though, so probably higher than the resorts and casinos on the strip

Smaller casino tucked off to the side of the strip. Great rooms, lots of slots, awesome restaurants!

The rooms are nice. The staff Is knowledgeable and helpful the parking is great

Attended a bowling event. Staff was super nice! However, pins were cleared almost every frame after the first ball automatically awarding a spare. Bar was closed and line was ridiculously long at the snack bar. So long it was impossible to even place an order

Love the free football contest. Sports book a little different in layout than others. Bar across from sports book has additional TVs to watch. Good selection of slots.

Wasn't crowded for bowling except the bar upstairs was closed.

It's off the strip and the odds of winning is better

Once again their buffet was outstanding! We ate the prime rib cooked on the grill, pot stickers, pizza, mashed potatoes, fresh fruit and we made a custom plate of nachos.

It's small enough that you don't encounter long lines to check in, rooms are clean and nice, the casino has many choices and is very large considering the hotel is not that huge. We win there quite frequently.

I went to eat at the buffet with my dad. It wasn't too busy and food was ok. Service was good. We gambled a little and then left.

The Gold Coast. Let me tell you about the way they treat the working girls.....they should be ashamed of the way they mishandle our ladies. I have never been more pissed then the day I seen my working girl getting kicked off of property for just looking so sexy in her lil get up she had on. I mean dayum, that's someone's 15 minutes of happiness you guys are kicking off property for being extra turn up on sexy. Kinda inconsiderate if you ask me, so I do Bally's when I'm feeling like getting side piece these days ya digg?

I loved the Chinese theme of the place and the dealers at the table games are very patient and willing to teach the games. They had multiple places to watch the sports games which was fantastic

First is I have been checking in on Cash deposit for about 2 months here and today they want to tell me that I was only going to be able to today and not next time, but the reason I do it is cause if I use the card it's 4-5 business days for it to be realsed back to my bank and if it's cash then I get it back immediately upon check out. Then I was in my room and called and spoke to the front desk and asked can they open my account to charge 14$ to my account and I would have it removed from the cash deposit upon check out and they said go order and have the resterant, (Subway). Then when I get done and I had the sandwich made and told her to call the front desk they told me no! I went and she still said no? But just told me over the phone otherwise! (Stephanie) that was her name at the front desk who doesn't seem to know what she is doing. Very upsetting to me and I usually do not have any issues!

Used to be a nice little casino. Getting dated and the staffwere not friendly, kinda bordering on rude (checking in)

This was a very clean hotel and casino. It had a Friday's and Subways inside. It was also 5 minutes away from the strip.

Very nice place for locals makes you feel at home every time

Very bad attention., I went to the bar for a soda because mrs. And he wanted to charge me $ 2.55 and I did not buy them and the one at the bar threw them instead of being cordial. And apart from losing more than $ 120.00

I lost here too. But still was fun. Great breakfast buffet.

Great all around gaming is great food is great the service is great love coming here always feel welcome and at home.

If you could relax without people bothering you for cigarettes or something else this would be ok

Went to play craps. One of the few casinos not downtown that still have $5 tables. Had a great time!

My experience here was amazing and worth it. The buffet was delicious with so much food to choose from given the variety of ethnic foods. This is my favorite buffet so far as it was just very well organized and the experience felt Premium. The employees were helpful and respectful. Everything was cleaned and waiters were effective. As for the rest of the casino, I checked out some games and it was all really cool. I enjoyed my time here at this buffet and casino and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Went for buffet because original stop was closed. Ended up here. First and last time. The two stars is for the little that was ok. From a person with limited diet. Wish I would've seen the watermelon first I would've avoided almost everything else I had, which resulted in a forehead breakout. Oh well. Not for me

The hotel needs major improvements. Paint peeling off wall, fire alarms were going off and locked us on the 9th floor for false alarms, the entire time we were there the elevators kept breaking done and we even had the pry the doors open to get out once. I will never stay there again.

All I do is win, win win. And I'm contemplating if I should go to the Hot Pot Restaurant for some Pho right now

A good locals casino. A bit smokey at times but food is good and reasonably priced. An expansion of their smaller garage would be great.

Great dinner buffet options. Also had the Champange brunch one day that was pretty good.

I like to go a lot with my boyfriend is a very nice place I recommend it a lot

Quality and service has plummeted to embarrassingly bad levels. Dirty rooms, slow service, random fees and stipulations for anything including promos. 99% of employees do the minimum possible with a defeated look on their face. The Gold Coast is the pits.

Very simple and easy to get in. Amazing inside and will come again.

Had a good stay at this hotel . Kinda old but hey you get what you pay for . Also love that the T.G.I. Friday s is 24/7
