Wide spread abuse of the system. The authority the project Managers and land lords are to blame for it poor over sight. Employees could be profiting from it in some way. We will see Public housing is being abused by young healthy squatters and those porters who no longer qualify. Porters and section 8 voucher holders and criminals are the worst abusers of the system . porting from place to place hiding out in the system for ever . Never intend to get off the system.. ever.. abusing their apartments and the system and multiple agencies . Happening in every public housig project in every rental complex in every city in every state in the u.s.a. . Most people wasted their youth and health and now wasting the tax payers money.housing is run down because management let's tenants run it down. Not ment to be a retirement..its the managers responsibility to insure the system is not being abused...
