Very big place..so you will need plenty of time to look round.
Some good bargains to be had.
Be aware of the cafe though.
Some staff don't know the difference between fried or scrambled eggs..!
The food doesn't look very appetising & the coffee leaves a bit to be desired.
A good visit let down by the cafe...my advice is have a good shop & eat elsewhere!

Dragged in by partner. It's now a bigger version of the retail hell it was last year. Strictly for the enthusiastic shopper with deep pockets. Very pretentious restaurant and tea shop, appealing to the worst kind of snobbery. Don't take the kids!!

Visit here regularly. This is the only place I can find shoes being a 2.5 size. Plenty of stock of most things anybody would want. Never as lucky on the ladies clothing as I need petite. I like Wallis clothing. A lot of ladies wear is not very up to date. I like more modern. Good place on a rainy day being undercover. Good restaurants, very plush. Food quite good, could be better.

Excellent choice and lots of bargains - new warehouse clearance section is huge - M&S clearance is popular too. Don't forget to join the Privilege club to get extra discounts at sale times. Sundays and Bank Holidays can be too busy. Staff are very polite and helpful

Much fancier than it used to be, which somehow makes it less fun. The clearance zone attempts to recapture the original 'jumble sale' aesthetic, so head there if that's what you're after!

Basically a department store selling recognisable brands at discounted prices (mostly clothes but also plenty of homeware, perfumes, gifts, etc.) plus an M&S Outlet on the first floor. It's a large store so it takes a while to get round it but there's a relaxed tea/ coffee shop within the store for a well-earned break from shopping. There's also three restaurants outside the main store - Banny's fish & chips, Bumbellini's pizzeria with cafe; and Banister's restaurant if you want something more substantial to eat.

Quite a large selection of brands, clearly laid out, nice easy parking.

Discounts are nothing special - comparable with discounts you would find in normal high street stores.

I might go again if it was on my doorstep but not worth travelling any distance for.

Easy access off a motorway and lots of parking. Easy access into the store for wheelchairs and prams. Escalators and lifts available with mens & womens toilets but didn't see babychanging facilities. Lots of choice for mens & womenswear and a variety of prices to suit the pocket. Lots of household items instore pots, pans, towels, bedding & gifts. Somewhere to eat instore with a cafe too.

Lots of choice of top brands. The clearance room had amazing bargains. The staff are really helpful. Lots of parking.
We had lunch there. Both self service and serviced restaurants. Found the food to be very good.
Should have some seating nearer changing rooms so family can give opinions on what you are trying on...its too far in the shoes area.
Overall an excellent experience.

A lovely shopping experience, fabulous choice, beautifully bright, clean premises but most of all, well trained, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well worth a visit but take plenty of money, not because its over priced because the reductions are considerable but because the 'temptation' is overwhelming.

I like Boundary Mill downfalls are no seating at the female changing rooms for the men tills at the back of the shop and Superdry don't do extra large clothing or very little of and the free tea or coffee is not very fair on those who don't drink tea or coffee
