It's really good store anything you need. you could find it .so many good facilities there especially for elders. Good quality stuff.

Cakes in the cafe were awful what's happened they used to be lovely
Pity the Mens section seems to have shrunk every time I visit. About time the management realised men need a reasonably sized section!
The food offering is great, but do feel that recent improvements have removed the bargain element of the stores
BB,s cafe needs to sort out service and if they can't do any better under current guidelines then they need to close
Just don't go unless you are over 65. Full of stuff but nothing for anyone under 60 at the least.
Definately worth a visit during the sales, but can be pricey at other times of the year.
Good choice of eating places, lots of shopping bargains to be had in fashion, footwear, home ware and lots more.
Very big place..so you will need plenty of time to look round.
Some good bargains to be had.
Be aware of the cafe though.
Some staff don't know the difference between fried or scrambled eggs..!
The food doesn't look very appetising & the coffee leaves a bit to be desired.
A good visit let down by the cafe...my advice is have a good shop & eat elsewhere!
Dragged in by partner. It's now a bigger version of the retail hell it was last year. Strictly for the enthusiastic shopper with deep pockets. Very pretentious restaurant and tea shop, appealing to the worst kind of snobbery. Don't take the kids!!
Not my type of store knock it down let's have an IKEA there
Visit here regularly. This is the only place I can find shoes being a 2.5 size. Plenty of stock of most things anybody would want. Never as lucky on the ladies clothing as I need petite. I like Wallis clothing. A lot of ladies wear is not very up to date. I like more modern. Good place on a rainy day being undercover. Good restaurants, very plush. Food quite good, could be better.
Food poor and shop bit cramped but great if looking for out fit for a event.
Lots of choices here. Have everything you could need.
Everything under one roof, always get a bargain when I go
Verry expensive not much different stock and so old fashioned clothing
Try the afternoon tea at Mrs B's ...... it's a real treat.
Never been here before and a pleasant surprise. Accommodated new restrictions well
Expensive as brands are low quality with relatively high prices...
Excellent choice and lots of bargains - new warehouse clearance section is huge - M&S clearance is popular too. Don't forget to join the Privilege club to get extra discounts at sale times. Sundays and Bank Holidays can be too busy. Staff are very polite and helpful
Super shopping trip new cases for our holidays and got some new shoes as well!! First time we have been there but will definitely be going back!
Very safe and well stocked, restaurant upstairs is now self service and clear your own table. Recommend the vanilla slice gorgeous.
Staff here are ignorant. I was served at the till and the girl chatted to someone the whole time without speaking to me. Customer service needs improvement.
Much fancier than it used to be, which somehow makes it less fun. The clearance zone attempts to recapture the original 'jumble sale' aesthetic, so head there if that's what you're after!
Basically a department store selling recognisable brands at discounted prices (mostly clothes but also plenty of homeware, perfumes, gifts, etc.) plus an M&S Outlet on the first floor. It's a large store so it takes a while to get round it but there's a relaxed tea/ coffee shop within the store for a well-earned break from shopping. There's also three restaurants outside the main store - Banny's fish & chips, Bumbellini's pizzeria with cafe; and Banister's restaurant if you want something more substantial to eat.
Clean light shopping areas clothing and household items for all the family reasonable prices
The only down side to boundary mill is when I go with my wife...
Masses of clothes but not very inspiring. Although I'm 59 years old I feel the clothes are for old men
Quite a large selection of brands, clearly laid out, nice easy parking.
Discounts are nothing special - comparable with discounts you would find in normal high street stores.
I might go again if it was on my doorstep but not worth travelling any distance for.
M & S outlet, Next outlet, 2 cafes and clothing, bedding and kitchen ware, all under one roof
Great for bargains and end of lines.
Do NOT have a coffee! Yuk!
Easy access off a motorway and lots of parking. Easy access into the store for wheelchairs and prams. Escalators and lifts available with mens & womens toilets but didn't see babychanging facilities. Lots of choice for mens & womenswear and a variety of prices to suit the pocket. Lots of household items instore pots, pans, towels, bedding & gifts. Somewhere to eat instore with a cafe too.
Good choice, deal's,food, and most of all helpful staff
Great range of goods at keen prices. Does seem to attract the more elderly shopper.
Lots of choice of top brands. The clearance room had amazing bargains. The staff are really helpful. Lots of parking.
We had lunch there. Both self service and serviced restaurants. Found the food to be very good.
Should have some seating nearer changing rooms so family can give opinions on what you are trying on...its too far in the shoes area.
Overall an excellent experience.
At the moment it's less crowded and so a comfortable shopping experience. The layout of store is so much better than before.
Just alright... big place alot of things but nothing much to purchase
Lacking walking gear! And menswear otherwise excellent
Plenty of choice, lots of bargains. The store has just had a major refit. Much easier to find your way around, less clutter.
Staff always helpful.
A lovely shopping experience, fabulous choice, beautifully bright, clean premises but most of all, well trained, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Well worth a visit but take plenty of money, not because its over priced because the reductions are considerable but because the 'temptation' is overwhelming.
Good choice clothes etc airy building excellent Mr bs restaurant
Lovely coffee lounge. Plenty to look at. Value to suit everyone.
Plenty of choice from candles to fur coats nice cafe and a restaurant as well
I like Boundary Mill downfalls are no seating at the female changing rooms for the men tills at the back of the shop and Superdry don't do extra large clothing or very little of and the free tea or coffee is not very fair on those who don't drink tea or coffee
Hmm, not as much a bargain as it used to be, revamped cafe serves a good brew but the sarnies are still as grim. Too much clutter
There is a lot of choice and the cafe is ace. However, when comparing prices with other stores Boundary Outlet is VERY expensive. Check online before you buy.
Since revamp store much brighter and clothe racks not cluttered and all goods reasonbly priced well worth visit(s)
Great place to shop. Almost overwhelming amount of choice
It was good .but the cafe let the experience down ,staff were polite ,but we were constantly ask to move from one place to another as they were cleaning
Far more choice than their other stores. Good experience glad we paid a visit.
Good choice of brand shopping. Good parking & easy to get to.
Not my cup of tea. Overpriced home stuff and those depressing discount versions of Next and M&S. Big.
Disappointed today by learning that they have stopped serving cottage cheese and peppers - the healthiest foods they supplied has now been stopped! Why?
Just been to the cafe for coffee and cake. Very disappointing. Coffee was instant from a machine, not barista made and the cream cake tasted like was yesterdays
After the refurbishment the store is a much nicer shopping experience.
