Good.but clothes not that cheap plenty shoes to pick from

Very expensive shop. Not been a mill shop for over 25 years.

Brilliant store. Sells so many different things you need all day to shop .
The only thing I didn't like was the coffee in the restaurant.

Enjoy wandering round and found some nice bargains.

What an improvement! Store has now been revamped and is more attractive, more organised and now has a thoroughly modern uncluttered look.

Good choice and reasonable price for well known manufacturers.

Has a good variety of goods. We like to visit for home and clothing. We find the home goods particular great value. Good brands at reduced prices.

Some good bargains and good ranges of stock but the store is generally very old fashioned, not my taste.

Fantastic shopping outlet. Designer clothes are knock down prices. There is also an m & s outlet and they sell bedding and homeward too. The cafe served everything from coffee and cake to soup or corned beef hash. Very reasonable prices too. Tea 99p.

New flooring going in so a bit of a rummage sale in places. Not many designer clothing

Went for pizza at Bumberlinis second time as we enjoyed it so much the 1st time,what a disappointing visit,we were too late at 7:15 to sit in so the waitress offered us boxed pizza so we agreed, 2 9 inch came and were incomplete and no bigger than 6 inch actual size,feel a bit robbed tbh. Never again.

My last visit was not a success, despite there being thousands of dresses! Some lines are a bit dated...However, it's always a nice day out!

I'm sure a lot of people are familiar with boundary mill. But now that the extension work has been completed, It's an even better shopping experience. For those who have not been I would highly recommend a visit. They have a massive selection of clothes and shoes for men and women,on the ground floor. On the upper floor there is a large selection of house hold item's, table wear, glass wear and a very large display of other general items. There is also a Mark's and Spencer's outlet. Now the extension work has been completed, there is a next outlet, and a new extensive bedding and curtain / soft furnishings department. They also have an excellent cookware department. There are various places to eat from a casual coffee shop with a large selection of of food. To a lovely restaurant which servers exelant meals,and if the fancy takes you, you can order afternoon tea. The car park is very very large and is free. There are also plenty of disabled parking spaces. At the entrance to the complex is bannys fish and chip restaurant, which servers exelant food. You could easily spend most of the day here, and stay dry and warm.

Reasonable prices. Good selection. Quite cramped inside. Almost always busy!

Loads of choice in every department. Excellent restaurant.

Free car park. 3 places to eat. Something for everyone to buy

Poor social distancing measures in place, especially in shoe department.

Make sure you have plenty of time if you visit here as there are many departments and a lot to see.

Felt covid safe since its so quite and nice wide aisles. Good choice of home wares and clothes, simple but good food at the cafe

Hard to negotiate with a pram as very few aisles and lots of products

Had the unfortunate episode of dealing with the most sullen woman on the till who made it plainly obvious she did not want to be there her attitude stunk

Vast and hugely overstocked outlet store, with some great bargains if you are prepared to rummage around, and some occasional extra discounts. The staff are required to wear what must be the most unflattering livery uniform ever designed by mankind.

Nice big shop to wander round, especially good at the moment. Plenty of staff on hand to help and coffee and cake in the cafe was excellent

Excellent food and prices.just got my husband two Austin reed suits foe less than three price of one

Was well worth a visit lots of bargains in the sales and plenty of choice for lunch

Visited today with family and had pleasant time here. Clothing and footwear are expensive but perfumes were cheap. Ample parking and Covid19 codes adhered very well by all concerned.

Arrived and was disgusted that the Colne store had NO trolley disinfection station...infact you had to get all the way into the store before you found a hand pump sanitizer...wearing masks are now part of our lives but the store was hot and stuffy and not because if the virus but because of that I felt very very over heated and sick.The lack of open tills and those that were open were so so slow that made a bad experience even whorse..

Its far too big to help a 92 year old find trousers.

Quality bedding at good prices. Everything else is middle of the road and not especially cheap.

Lots of choice and good prices although might be easier for customers if products were displayed by type (e.g. all shirts together) rather than by brand.

Always enjoy shopping there. Lovely cafe serves some Gluten Free cakes too.

Always very crowded. No effort is ever made to make allowances for wheelchair users - narrow aisles packed with merchandise, some literally impossible to navigate. Cafe has been improved but very few healthy choices.

Lots of pensioners like myself taking advantage of all the offers. Slow progress much of the time.

Mediocre range of clothes and fairly high prices compared to what you would pay online.

Good products and an excellent eating area with superb facilities. Boundary Mill has progressed very well and it's a pleasure to shop there

Huge department store with a very good range of products at competitive prices

I visited Boundary Mill, Colne, last week. Another store full of Christmas gift ideas and lots and lots of household items. It also has a Marks & Spencer s outlet, which is always worth a visit. We also ate in the restaurant, only drinks and cake, which was quite acceptable considering I had received vouchers for these items for free. They also serve some special dietary foods I.e. gluten free etc.
All the staff be it in the restaurant or on the shop floor were helpful and friendly.
This store does have day trip coach parties visiting so at times can be very busy. They do also have late night opening times so worth checking out.
There are two floors with lifts to access the upper floor and restaurant and it is also suitable for wheelchair access.

Dragged here by the missus, but the restaurant is good.

Disappointed on Easter Monday, the staff never wanted to honour the 10% discount at the exit till, the individual started to try & explain data-protection, however this was NOT correct.

One of the nicest stores in the area. Never disappoints with the odd bargain here and there. Excellent
