Large store, very busy even during the week would not like to go at the weekend

Absolutely huge outlet store. Some bargains but not everything is cheap.

On our doorstep, a wonderful shopping experience with all Departments covered.

Really enjoyed it here, surprised I got some nice clothes, just visiting relatives needed somewhere different to shop, excellent value and a good choice

A massive shopping area with clothing downstairs and household goods upstairs. Also upstairs is a cafe, and a restaurant.

Bargains for people of an age and financial standing . Huge car park but lazy buggers still park anywhere close

Should really be 5* but it's somewhat bewildering, if anything too much in one very large open space. For anyone overly large, you'll find plenty to suit here.

Every time I visit this place, I always come home with a good bargain staff are friendly and helpful. Restaurants are nice too - Bambellini pizzeria is their latest addition and their pizza dough ia amazingly good!

Nice afternoon out. The place is massive and plenty of variety to choose from.

This is a very popular department store. There is plenty of choice on offer here through out the vast store. It is spread out over two floors. The staff are very friendly, polite and professional. You can easily spend a few hours browsing around this big store.

Would of been a 5 had I not got a broken McEgg today & only noticed it when I got back home.
But will be back with it soon for an exchange one.

Great breakfast. .... just watch the prices as you go round..... Some are not as good as first may seem

Went today, food in the Cafeteria was very poor and cold. Disappointing, could be so much better.

Great range of products but good deals/bargains are hit or miss, depending on how long you're willing to explore every rack or section of the shop floor! Sometimes it's a long wait to pay at the tills, so not worth it for a couple of items.

Easy access at the end of the motorway.
Good selection of goods.
Car park can get very busy at times.
Staff in cafe very helpful and friendly.

Some where to go for a few hours or day out..Loads of parking places for disabled..

Good shopping but went for a coffee & sat for 20 mins waiting for someone to take my order. I'd still be waiting if I hadn't left. Went to bannister downstairs where the service was excellent.

Huge place! Lots of variety from clothing to bedding, handbags and shoes, housewares of every kind! Carpets, curtains, cushions etc etc. Cafe. Plenty of parking.

Not a place to go if your a tall man. couldn't find any clothes to fit biggest size is XL.

Brilliant place to shop if you know what you want but if you want it get it . As it may not be there on a second visit

I love Boundary Mill, they stock all the designer labels at great prices. I suggest that Colne and Grantham stores are the best one's to visit. So don't hesitate girls (and chap's ).Go there.

A great place to shop. Plenty of choice in mens and womens clothing. I went to look at crockery and found a Royal Doulton bargain. Very happy. I would definitely go again. Might try the food outlets if they're open next time. I would describe it as a large Debenhams type store.

A good shopping experience with plenty to see. There is a restaurant and tea room available. Large carpark with disabled spots.

The women's section is too packed with clothes rails not very accessible for wheelchair users difficult to get to the clothes without snagging clothes rails you're trying to get past.

Always heaving with lots of coach parties during the week. The new lay out of the cafe and restaurant seems to work well. I don't find it cheap considering it is an outlet but it's convenient.

Easy to park, lots of choice, excellent restaurant.

BBs is lovely and modern with tasty snacks, shopping as always is good

Went there looking for shoes. They have decent variety and prices are very reasonable as well. But store appearance wasn't good at all. They had moved shoe section to some back part and there was nothing good out for sale besides large stacks of shoe boxes. All the reshuffle right before back to school shows poor management and bad planning on part of store organizers.

Pleanty of parking outside and places to eat around. However inside it can get cramped and claustrophobic. The store is mainly aimed at over 50s so be prepared to show patience when walking around the store. Most of the men and women's clothing are already over priced, so if you think your getting a good deal during sales, your not. The grab bags at the checkouts are ridiculously overpriced.

Plenty of choice and well stocked. Easy access and a very large carpark.

A good place to while away a couple of hours - the homewares department is particularly good! Excellent vanilla slices in the cafe...

First time disappointed, not much in xl branded items for my husband. Marks & Spencer much the same. Oh and can i make a comment on toilets! Very very low, for someone with bad knees not good.

Store has been revamped, looking really clean and sleek, plenty of sale items available. I always find a bargain when I visit.

Boundary mill is an amazing place great for getting new clothes, shoes or gifts, can be a little on the pricey side in a lot of the departments but is a great shopping experience overall and after a day of shopping you can go and sit and relax in their cafe upstairs with a nice cup of coffee or tea and a slice of cake

Christmas decorations were all broken in some way. The staff was good but such poor quality goods what a shame

Fabulous bargains at great prices today and new season stock in as well. Some sizes limited as near the end of the sale, but I managed to find some good items, evening dress, evening jacket, summer dress and summer top without breaking the budget. Sandwiches and cakes in the new ground floor restaurant are lovely, beautifully presented and served on fine china
in elegant surroundings.

If you like shopping at marks n Spencer you will like it here. Just a big shop with some very overpriced items. If you like a bargain this is not really the place for you. Some clothes like Evans at reduced prices and other branded items but it depends what you like. Take a healthy bank balance or an extra flexible friend On the plus side the staff are nice. Security guard was really helpful.

Great place for cloths and other items.
Ate in the main restaurant and was not impressed.

It's a good place with plenty of items for sale, but it groups it's clothing by make so it's a pain if like me you want some shirts as you have to walk some miles to see them all.

Great shopping ,yes is crowded , but left prescription reading glasses ,somebody have taken them home ,come on now , they are no good too you these are balanced glasses left in navy blue glass case Customer services have been great but cannot do there job if you don't hand them in ,thats Stealing by finding give them in and let them do their job

Both Sandra in the China Dept and Nimrah at Payment desk were extremely helpful.

Far too much stock now very much confused. Lost it's way

Prices are not as good as before.
A lot of older end of range clothes.
Our car door was damaged in car park, no-one took responsibility.

More younger brands coming on stream but still rather better for OAP coach trips than taking the Grandchildren to choose a birthday present.

Very good and convenient for shopping clothes and shoes and socks and shoes.High quality and competitive prices.We love shopping there.
