Great place to shop for good quality items at reasonable prices... The store has different sections for male, female, outdoor wear, kitchen ware, bedding, table ware to name but a few... Good selection of branded goods... There is also an M &S outlet plus special sections for perfume and toiletries...
There is a nice tea room although can get a bit busy at key times... so go early if you fancy some lunch during your shopping trip...

Really disappointed with the new layout, lots of lines and bargains seemed to have disappeared.

We have sent nearly six hundred pounds in your store today when paying I had left my card for discount in the other car surely there must be in the age of computer s a way of tracking my name we then went to the restaurant we were told there would twenty to thirty minutes wait the people on either side of us who arrived after us where served before us and we all had more or less the. Same foodthe people left. And. We where still waiting when it finally arrived the. Waitress said sorry there was a mix up but the order was wrong she brought it back the cabbage was. Cold the cheese and onion pie was look. Warm my husband meat sandwich was cold and the chips where look warm while we complained we did receive a refund but we travel a sixth miles round trip and it will be a long time before we go again

Shopping now is very different,still good bargains to be had here and lots of choice found staff very helpful and BB,s cafe still had good choices with table service.
So many staff all wanting to help above and beyond the Denby lady helped me to choose a dinner service armed with a calculated as I had a set amount of money I spent up but felt she help me be as Savie as possible

Superb fairly recent upgrade, so hugely more light, airy, spacious and classy. If you haven't been since the upgrade, lots of departments have moved location, so check out the layout map near the enquiry desk at the entrance. Still a very busy and popular place, so be prepared for crowds, though it doesn't feel so claustrophobic with the new layout. Huge variety of products through many ranges, all competitively priced. Easily found, at the end of the M65. Large parking area, but it still gets busy. Well worth a visit!
Good place for an outing. Most stock is old and prices not very reduced. Overall, will prefer Cheshire oaks to this in future.

Enjoyed a nice shop 2018 , plenty of clothes , shoes , etc , reasonably priced , staff extremely helpful, called in just for a quick shop , prices still reasonably priced , sat on balcony enjoying the Feb 2019 heatwave with a latte , got plenty of sales on a moment so some good bargains to be had , some footwear been reduced by up to 70% esp the boots .
the mens clothing dept I find is very old fashioned and out dated never mind.. boasting "the latest fashions" .Also when ever we have visited the emporium (at my wife's request ) I have found that the amount of staff you employ just to stand about in groups of 2 or 3 talking is unbelievable .A suggestion would be to half your staff and reduce your prices and get more up to date items rather than discontinued stock from other outlets....

Prices no cheaper than high Street stores. Lot less choice for mens clothing...mostly over 60s shop there...the place will be gone in 10 years..it was our last visit..won't be going again . due to lack of choice and high prices...shame it use to great place to shop.... mostly caters for the over 60s
