A bit out of the way. What an amazing place inside, there's something for everyone. The cafe is spacious, clean, reasonably priced & good food/coffee.
On the same complex is a Fish & Chip restaurant. Looks a bit pricey. Once inside its lovely & the menu is varied. The prices are really good. Make sure you're hungry when you order, the portions are hugh & yummy.

Talking only about the cafe.....very annoyed at the long queues. The lady serving hot food was quick and efficient but our food was cold by the time the queue crawled its way to the tills. Apparently this is all caused by the free drinks vouchers causing a log jam. The problem was compounded by the drinks-only people jumping ahead of the hot food buyers causing even further delays. My corned beef hash was lukewarm when I finally got to eat it. If you must give free drink vouchers could they not be redeemed at a different till?

Really good.

Really good.
A very large building, modern and we'll presented. Excellent facilities and a huge free car park. Lots of clothing, bedding, lingerie, houseware, leather goods, perfume, pottery, bags and shoes from many top notch labels. There's an M&S outlet there too. The cafe serves basic hot and cold food, which is very nicely prepared and tastes good. We had a Jacket Potato with coleslaw and salad. There is a large, elevated, outside seating space too, with nice views over the Moors. Ideal on a warm sunny day.
A separate restaurant on the site caters for those who want more than basic cafe fare.
Recommended.

Always find something to buy here. Good range of items from bags and shoes to suits and sportswear and all kinds of cookery and homeware too.

Plenty of free parking and a number of places to eat.

Great store with fantastic bargains & good facilities. The coffee shop inside the store is not nearly as good as it was last time we visited. Jacket potato had a pile of yellow cheese dumped on it & basic, classic, dry tasting salad. Had to ask for fresh milk with my tea instead of using small plastic packaged UHT.
On asking for hot milk with the coffee I was told ' We don't do hot milk'. The massive plate of mass produced mince pies on display next to the till looked very uninviting. Ok reasonable price, but we certainly won't go back.

Huge store but didn't cater for varying age ranges in the clothing sectional, all quite dates.
Love the home ware upstairs.
Always busy, couldn't shop last time we visited as couldn't get a parking space.

A large modern store retailing branded items at discount prices. There is also an M&S outlet. Clothes shoes household luggage linen and bedding, pictures, crockery glassware candles lighting...in fact pretty much everything apart from electricals. There is a coffee shop, restaurant and fish and chip take away/ restaurant. Finally there is a huge car park. It's a really good place to shop and a pleasant experience

Boundry mill have such lovely sales assistants, the store has been made into a very customer friendly shopping experience. I was returning a pair of faulty shoes, the lady in the pavers section was very helpful in assisting me.
There was a very pleasant atmosphere in the store.

I went with a friend and she had a token for free tea and cake for 2.
I bought some tops and there was a huge variety.

The staff are friendly and professional. I'd rate 5 stars but the foods really naff, very limited options for dietary requirements. If you're vegan (or dairy free veggie like me) expect an overcooked potato, baked beans and a prayer that there is no cheese on it (the cheese was overflowing next to all of the salad ingredients).

Always wish I had so much more spare money. Endless racks of amazing clothes shoes perfume makeup bedding towels glass crockery, the list is huge. My sister came on her visit and fell in love with everything she tried on. Of course we had to finish the experience with a trip to Jenny's. Great day out.

There were no disabled parking slots available so parked at front on yellow lines as I have done before and is legal. Got told to move the car by some no so happy chappie. Told him no where else to park and basically he didn't give a toss. Totally unhelpful. Not a good wrlcome for boundary Mills or a good example. There weren't any no parking signs!!
Went shopping for what we needed and decided to ho for a cup of tea and a bite to eat. Ended in a massive queue to pay. Only 1 till on the go. Not good if disabled and csnt stand!! You are now not allowed a plate so judged around with serviettes. Why can't we have plates yet can have cups for drink? Baffles me!!
Went to pay for goods and had to queue over 30 mins for a til. Only 2 tills on with a huge queue. Again very difficult when you can't stand gor long. No management around just the girls really struggling and taking a lot of verbal from unhappy customers. Really not a pleasing experience and won't be rushing back.

Not been for many years (since before it moved). Thought I'd go and pick up some last minute bits and bobs. I felt the place was too big for me, quite overwhelming and not particularly great selection of things, just pure quantity. Paperchase area very small and cramped. Struggled to find items generally on the second floor. Having said that I did find some be coats, but they weren't any better value than anywhere else. The coffee shop was good, if busy. It's the sort of place to visit if you've time to spare and don't mind walking to see stuff. Staff excellent, really helpful and pleasant and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

If you can time it before or after the coach parties have been then it's great.
You need to know what you want otherwise you'll wander around aimlessly buying things you never knew you ever might need.
Some things are bargains but you have to seek them out.

Overwhelming, too much and too big for its own good now. Pricing can still find bargains but not as good as years gone by. Cafe quality is average at best.So many sections selling the same type of items nowhere near each other that means difficult to compare

Ok
