Store layout was better than before, there was more room to manoeuvre and view clothes. The assistant I had in the shoe hall was excellent - polite, courteous, extremely helpful and pleasant. The only improvement for me would have been some more seating areas because you need time to shop here and the seats are always taken!

The store is huge. The cafeteria is spotless with a good choice. Well worth taking a break between browsing. There seems to be a tendency towards old age when it comes to the choice of clothing. Most things seem dated. A whole area given over to Jaeger a company that went bust a while ago so these clothes are no longer fashionable, they are certainly not classic yet they are still overpriced and on sale. So much of the clothes are end of lines from a few years ago. Still visit because you might find something you like as this really is a large outlet.

Boundary Mill is okay, some items are great value but the majority are not compared to what other retailers and e-tailers sell. Parking can get a bit troublesome when the store is really busy, the car park is gargantuan but this does mean a long walk to and from your car (not helpful if you are not as able as others) That being said the staff are generally helpful, the facilities are great and their are plenty of eateries for those who have made a journey in.

Far too busy. Far too big. If you want a specific item you have to search the whole store as things are spread out everywhere. Having said that, you can usually find lots of interesting items if you can be bothered to stick it out and look.

A large out of town discount fashion lines . Many items well reduced from famous labels well laid out plenty of staff to ask. Went to the cafe a bit on the expensive side but you do get fair portions

Always enjoy a visit to Boundry Mill. One stop shop for clothing. All brands under one roof. Fill your trolley and head for the changing room. They also have lots of other goodies too.
