A great plce to shop, we were there over 5 hrs but that wasn't enough. Will be going back again i'm sure.

I was looking for mod clothes, I wasn't sure what style to get, but I was blown away with the quality and range of suits and jackets stocked. The gentleman who advised me was incredibly knowledgeable, knew all about the fit of each item an exactly what to recommend.

Lovely place, lots of choice and good prices. Would definitely recommend.

Wide shopping choice. Self-service cafe on first floor lacked ant organisation. By the time you queued and paid for hot food it had gone cold. Needs a separate pay point for hot food items. Left it at the till and walked out

Great place to be if you have to shop. Restaurants and cafes good with great choices and quality. Nice well trained knowledgeable staff. Great stock selection and reasonable prices. Some bargains.

Its huge !! Everything you need for the home and you plenty of parking and good value.

Top name labels at massively discounted prices. Not cheap tack.

Plenty of bargains to be had if you carefully check the prices. Bought a pair of boots today that I could have got for exactly the same price on Amazon. The lady on the till was surprised that they weren't cheaper than Amazon and went on to say if I had waited a day there was 10% off everything tomorrow. Would be better if Boundry Mill checked their pricing online from time to time as for me there was no saving to be had.

Have been visiting Boundary Mill for 20+ years,since it was located near Asda. Have noticed the quality ranges in ladies clothing slowly reduce recently, to be replaced by over priced 'designer ' labels and lots of items more usually found on market stalls !!

First impressions and appeal have been damaged by moving the latter items to the front of the store, a mistake. Sad. Little to be had in the way of bargains in this dept for the more discerning female customer.

Menswear, outdoor ranges, and shoes continue to be good, as do household items where excellent value can often be found. Cafe and restaurant sometimes a little chaotic but a reasonable range of food available.

Something for everyone. Good bargains to be had a next outlet. Wheelchair accessible. Food excellent.

It's not bad, can find a few bargains if you wonder around .

Easy to get to and plenty of parking. I expected the usual outlet experience but I will say that the choice of menswear was above average and competitively priced. My wife found a piece of jewelry here that she could not find in all the shops in Leeds (Rose Gold ring in a modern setting)

Great variety of items, lovely cafe. Also, had the free cake as we had a voucher.

There are a few well priced items. The Demby is well priced for example. We managed to pick up some art at a great price. Beware though, some things are quite expensive and the cafe serves the worst cappuccino that I have ever tasted. Mine wasn't the only abandoned full cup in there either

Store quite nice but restaurant was expensive and rubbish we ordered ham broth and dumplings the dumplings were doughy and inedible after I complained they took 10% off which was an insult dinner yuk

Pleasantly surprised at how modern it now is. Great outlet store for Phase 8, Hobbs and more.

I visited this mill recently and found it had been revamped since my last visit, it is better laid out, there is a very good selection of clothing for everyone, plenty to browse through in every department. The mill was very busy including the cafe upstairs with queue 's forming but the food was good, the staff friendly and tables were emptied and cleaned continously. There is also a large car park clearly marked out so you can find your car easily afterwards, yes I recomend this place, its worth a visit.

It has everything...take a credit card. Bannys restaurant does great food!

Its had a makeover, not as cluttered in the clothing area which is a bonus. Coffee shop a lot bigger as well

Very nice plenty of things to look at it is better set out now one thing that is no longer available customer seating near the M&S store has been removed as not everyone wants to visit all departments especially the elder customers that visit the Outlet

Nice cake cheap coffee very very expensive items on sale thank god for internet

Great welcome for the motorist who is persecuted in places like Preston.

Vast selection of everything, I bought mattress topper which is amazing pillow is fab everything good quality customer service very good will be going again soon

Lots of parking easy to find what you want, usual out of town retail M & S, Tog 24, ...
Plus Banny's chippy for afterwards.

Very large store plenty of goods on display prices more than some on line stores.

Went to the new Bannisters restaurant at Boundary mills. Superb decor and a good choice of food on the menu. Even China tea cups for your tea!

Vast selection of clothing, only spoiled by the rude people pushing past you to grab that bargain before you.

Keen prices on clothes but homewares cheaper elsewhere.

It's OK for older ladies and men but the youth section Is Dire.

There are great bargains to be had if you don't mind the hustle and bustle.

Not a bad place. Prices can be high so look out for sales.

My friends and I joke that "if you can't find what you're NOT looking for at BM, it's a poor do!"

Pretty good shop, lots of selection and cheap prices but the clothing can be rather dated and it's a little hard to find what you want.

The range of goods is fine but there is nowhere to sit. The seating in the site is very limited . I was buying shoes but pensioners were using the footwear seating for a rest. My brother will not be keen to go there again as he needs to sit down when shopping.

Always a few bargains to be had ,friendly staff and a great restaurant and fish and chip shop. What is not to like .

Staff very polite and helpful. Quality products at reasonable prices. Always enjoy our visit culminating with a refreshing snack/beverage again at affordable prices.

A great store with loads of choice of brands at reasonable prices. Easy access from M65 and lots of free parking. Sign up as a privilege customer to get extra discounts at certain times of the year.

Still a bit overpriced. Limited food in the cafe due to corona. No vegan choice of milk so couldn't even get a cup of tea.

Excellent selection of clothes, household and gifts. Sometimes just too much choice. Had lunch in the restaurant upstairs and it was very good and very reasonable. Great place to shop lots of quality bargains.
