Mrs B's excellent food and all reasonably priced. All food and drink on beautiful china. Lovely. Store itself. Rather large store need lots of time to look round. Staff very obliging and friendly.

It's got bigger. Being a mere man I find the size daunting and the concentration quickly goes.

Busy but loads to see and shopping experience for collectors and house proud people

Awful!!! you have so many staff it's unbelievable! Yet it looks like a dump they are just moving stuff around achieving nothing! You need a proper manager in there walking the shop floor and organising your staff, nothing was in size order, it is not like it used to be.. will not be returning.

The refurbishment of the store has had an amazing effect on the outlet which now appears to have better quality garments and goods

Where else can you go and get so many top names in one store. Always helpful staff on hand if you get stuck and a wide range of goods most of which are on offer. BB's cafe is ideal for a simple lunch and is clean and the staff very helpful.

If shopping and bagging a bargain are your thing then this place is for you!! Acres of clothing arranged by brand. Includes Marks and Spencer outlet, cookshop, 2 restaurants in the main building and Banny's fish and chips at the other end of the massive car park. Get there early on Sunday for free coffee and croissants!!

Gets very busy but great place to shop. The afternoon tea is lovely in the opulent surroundings of the Tea Room, which is more like a boutique hotel than a shopping centre

Spoilt it, there are fewer designer handbags. Most of the first floor is kitchen related. With homeware shoved in a corner. There are rows and rows of same names such as Roman and Klass why ?

Went for the afternoon tea at the Mrs Bs tea room for my mums birthday, booked the last sitting which the website says 4.15pm but when booking was informed it was 4pm. Venue very well decorated and tea setting lovely, staff very welcoming and polite only downfall was the sandwiches were not as fresh as they should be.

Excellent service, we visited for a special type of shoe and we were helped by 3 members of not only for the choice.

The staff informed us what type, comfort , fitting and much more.

Not a lot of modern stuff here, I'm 67 but not ready for old lady frumpy stuff. Hadn't time to look at sportswear which looked more interesting. Homeware upstairs fabulous but not cheap. Always end up buying cards though!!

Very pleasant experience. The store has been expanded and upgraded to the rear of the building. Downstairs having a shoe hall and new ladies changing rooms, whilst upstairs a new bed linen department. The restaurant moved to a new room by the entrance with a new afternoon tea room to the other side and the cafe extended and refurbished. The rest of the store rearranged and slightly more space to meander. Plenty of parking space and bargains galore. Plan to spend a couple of hours at least to encompass all it has to offer.

Massive variety for shoppers, easily spend half a day here.

Very good retail outlet. Slightly disjointed in its outlay but is getting better.

Used to a great place for bedding, clothes shoes..kitchenware. but now it's too pricey and not very appealing as much. Prices are normal high street prices. It's not all that anymore.

The new look store is fantastic with lots of bargains across the store and brands. The new cafe servers delicious food... Shame the latte coffee was so yuk!

A much better shopping experience since the re-organisation. Unfortunately the restaurant was very busy so ate elsewhere.

So much to buy in the one store. Coach loads of people shop here...literally. pricey though.

A must for all shoppers of designer clothing. Every brand you can think of is there, no moving from shop to shop all you want is there. The clothing area is vast, catering for male, female and children. The car park must hold at least 1000 vehicles and . There is Banney's Restaurant near the main entrance with a very large cafe within the building on 2nd floor. The 2nd floor comprises household, suit cases, cards, China, cutlery, M&S Outlet, plus loads more. If you become a Privileged Customer you will get further 10% off sale prices, you are notified by post.
A definitely must go there.

Good location just at the end of the m65, wide of departments of clothes, shoes, home wares etc lovely cafe and reasonable prices

Huge department store. Plenty of parking. 3 different places to eat. High quality goods.

Needs better heating and ventilation, it sucks the life blood put of you. Mind you I bought a nice suit for a very reasonable price

There are bargins to grab here but they can be very hit and miss at times. Some things can be a little over priced at times. Overall it's a good place to find lots of different things under one roof plus you can grab some nice food too.

Excellent restaurant. Food was top class. Worth paying extra from the coffee shop.

Although nearly always busy there's plenty of bargains to be had if you look hard enough. Great fish n chips at Nanny's after a few hard hours shopping!

Wonderful cafe prices excellent just one fault no proper milk always in those little cartons you have to ask for milk if you want fresh otherwise everything is okay and the staff are very nice and friendly

Ok but not cheap. If the leather coats are genuine leather then worth the price

First visit for me, I've never been in a store this big, it has 2 restaurants a huge car park and great entrance, once inside there is a bewildering choice of products, if anything it's to big , this store is no good for a quick shop you need to spend a at least 4/5 hours here,. On the whole it's a great store with plenty of friendly helpful staff.

Never a let down. Plenty of parking & great selection of clothes etc
