Came here for lunch and had a wonderful time, our server mike was just great, took really good care of us.

Everything was absolutely amazing!! From the Oysters Rockefeller down to the Red Fish with Crab meat and vegetables. This meal had me licking my fingers & wanting more. The service was awesome from walking in the door to leaving out. YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED

It was a pleasure to eat there the staff were absolutely fantastic and i definitely recommend it to everyone i know the Hawaiian ribeye was the best steak i have ever had and will return soon

Not Hillstone/Houston's but get over it--embrace the change and try the excellent grilled artichokes and filet mignon. Convenient hours on a Monday evening are a plus when most places are closed. Friendly waiters and cheaper than Nola 2.0 hipster restaurants with tiny portions.

Awesome food, inviting atmosphere, knowledgeable, friendly staff. Love coming here every chance we get.

Consistent food taste and quality of service. Not inexpensive food, but worth the occasional visit. I really enjoy crab cakes with the kale salad

First restaurant since before Thanksgiving. Had our shots plus 3 weeks to be sure. Dining room table separation added a level of comfort and all staff we interacted with were wonderful and masked adding another level of comfort. Food as always just great. Nice to enter the world again.

Love the food here. Great location and service. The salmon appetizer is always a fave. Just about everything here is delicious.

1/9/2019 Just went for our date day. The food was excellent. From the oysters, to the roasted artichokes, everything was delicious. Service was great. Our cups never were empty. Upscale all the time. We love it!!! This place is always on point. The food is never disappointing. The wait staff is all about prompt and excellent service. The atmosphere is great for family dining. The prices are reasonable. And the restrooms are always clean. Though I refuse to use public restrooms, my family states that they are the cleanest.

The food is delicious. Just like Houston's. Jay and Chris was excellent servers. The atmosphere is wonderful. Treat yourself to this overall experience.

My husband and I had an enjoyable experience and meal.
We were there to celebrate his 53rd birthday(October 21st). The atmosphere was beautiful!! Quality of the food was wonderful!! I ordered the Crab Cakes and had the Oysters as an appetizer. The food was hot,(not cold). My husband had the ribs as an appetizer and the Shrimp Pasta(hot not cold). For us that's my a PLUS!!!! My husband was pleased with the ribs, however there were sesame seeds on the ribs.. We forgot to tell our waitress that my husband couldn't have seeds but we did ask questions about the lemonade because he cannot have pulp as well . I think that the waiter /waitress should be able to give a little information about the spices/ ingredients that are used to prepare the dishes.( Just a suggestion). My husband and I were impressed with the fact that Jumbo Shrimp were used for the Pasta, however the Shrimp was a tad bit rubbery but not enough to ruin the meal. The flavor of our food was wonderful!! Our waitress Kasey was a sweetheart, very pleasant as well as friendly. The food is a little pricey but it won't stop us from returning again. I think that their should be more foods items on the menu.

My Hawaiian steak was pretty tasty but the other entrees were average at best - not worth the price.

Charlea & Charles chardonnay very good. Crab cakes excellent- just like Houston's. Ribs also excellent and almost identical to Houston's.

Friendly staff and good service. Drinks were good. Food was ok... almost seemed over cooked and dry.

Houston's old menu. And that's better than the new Houston's menu. Want the original Houston's club sandwich? They have it.

I tried the Metarie location in August and the experience and service was less than average. Last night, my kids and I decided to try the Elmwood location and the food and service was great until one of the staff members walked up behind me and threw my bill on the table. I know that this restaurant is a Houston s wannabe and is ran by a former manager but they are nowhere close. Since Houston s is what you aspire to compete with, then spend some time on training you service staff on hospitality and courtesy.

Very very dark inside. Really great waitstaff! Food is middle of the road. It's okay. I had prime rib sandwich... Kinda bland. Hubby had shrimp pasta... It was just okay. Meh.

Loved the food, especially the grilled artichokes and roasted cauliflower. $5 martinis and specialty drinks for lunch. Service was excellent.

Ordered brunch, it was the shrimp and grits. The sauce was a bit too salty for my taste, but overall it was an excellent dish. My wife ordered the salmon egg Benedict and it was perfection. I would recommend going there because we will be going back too.

I came in today for lunch with my family. Nicole, our waitress, was so pleasant. She greeted us with a smile and took care of us in every way possible. Not once did I have to ask for a refill. She kept our table very clean and provided wonderful service along with friendly conversation. The food here has always been great, but in my opinion, the service can make or break your experience. I had an excellent experience. Thanks Nicole!

Yes, it was Valentine's Day, and yes, it was VERY busy, but when I make a reservation, especially weeks in advance, I don't expect to be told to wait 15 minutes for my table while walk-ins are being seated before me. The noise was nearly unbearable. The food was hit-or-miss: the chicken meatballs were just gross, and the $36 "special" for the night (a blackened ribeye) was ho-hum and very fatty, but the vegetables of the day were delicious and the amaretto cheesecake dessert was absolutely sinful. All in all, this was not a bad restaurant, but it's not on my list of favorites, especially for the price.

Customer service was very good! Spinach dip and house salad were good! The Hawaiian ribeye was flavorful but very tough to chew, which was very disappointing for the price! Loaded potato was very good as well.

The double cut pork chop is choice. And their slaw is savory with a nice sweet note in it.

Consistent good table service. Food is typical American food and never really have to wait for your food to be served. Nice bar atmosphere but the bartenders during busy times can be un attentive to the customers at the bar because they get so busy servicing the rest of the restaurant wait staff. They brought back the artichokes but they're still not as good as Houston's.

Service was great. Food was delish. I love the smoked salmon with toast points appetizer. Burger was well seasoned and cooked per my request. Others had fish entrees, which they enjoyed and brownie and cheese cake desserts. Cheesecake was wonderful. The only complaint was how dark the place is. Very dim lighting, table candles only in the back room, which is windowless.

One the lighting in this place is terrible, we even used our flashlights off our phones, The service was wonderful, as for the menu I honestly wasnt impressed, nothing special but the bartender was excellent. The best thing to eat would be a loaded potatoe or a steak, revision is needed in this place. I probably would never choose to eat here again.

Stopped in for a casual lunch with the wife and Mom-in-law. Our server, Travis was excellent catering fo Mom's everchanging selection. The Ahi tuna salad was very well presented and fresh.

Didn't have a long wait even on Friday nite. Ambiance was perfect. Server Dillon was very attentive. Food and drinks were delicious. Will be back.

Boulevard reminds of the old Houston's. The little girl who waited on us was from Hungary and she was absolutely the best! Food was good, company was great!
