I had a great experience at my visit. Everyone was so kind and caring. It's scary when you have eye issues and the Dr and his assistant made me feel so comfortable. I have seen 2 Dr's there and already referred a friend. I will continue to refer all family and friends.

Dr. Nichols (recommended by my realtor) and his team fit me in for an appointment and thorough examination the following morning, and scheduled me for a subsequent follow-up. I found him and and his staff to be highly competent, professional, punctual, and friendly. I've found my ophthalmologist in a top notch Boulder facility!

Dr. Keller is one of the worst Dr.'s I've ever seen. I had a serious eye problem called orbital myositis & went in with complaints three or four times. He dismissed all of my complaints, saying I had 'dry eye syndrome', and prescribed me expensive medication that did nothing for me. I went to see Dr. Nichols and he diagnosed me properly on the first visit. My extreme pain ended within three days of his treatment. I will be ever grateful to Dr. Nichols, and strongly recommend that people stay away from Dr. Keller. I have never felt so belittled in my life.
My husband and I are both patients of Dr. Keller and find he and the staff outstanding. Always on schedule and prepared.
Dr Nichols is as bad as the other doctor. I went there and I spent 140 in appoinment and 100 in my eye drops for nothing. They didn't work at all. I could tell that doctor didn't care about my problem. I had to wait there for the doctor to show up for about 30 minutes and then when he finally arrived he just took 5 minutes to give me my prescription for nothing.
I won't go there again.
I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Nichols for many years, as was my husband, Jean Champagne.
Dr. Nichols did cataract surgery on Jean many years ago and last year on both my eyes. I recently needed some laser surgery for scar tissue build up.
Dr. Nichols is a wonderful, caring physician with many years of professional experience.
His staff has always listened to my problems and worked my appointments for my convenience all through the years.
I would rate Dr. Nichols a 10 if the scale went that high!

I have been a patient of Dr. Nichols for approximately 10 years and I can't say enough about him and his team. I feel completely at ease with my eye care in these capable hands and trust their judgement when it comes to treatment options. I have had chronic medical issues since the age of four and when it comes to my health care, I don't play around. If I am not 100% satisfied, I know there are other options available and will seek them out. I have never considered leaving Dr. Nichols' practice. I know when it comes to treating my eyes he will always err on the side of safety. The fact that the staff is always kind regardless of how busy they are is an added bonus. It's nice to see familiar faces when coming in for annual visits and having them remember you. Nicole has been helping me with my contact lenses for almost as long as I have been a patient and I cannot say enough about her. She is not only knowledgeable, but one of the sweetest people I have ever met.
When I visit Boulder Eye Surgeons I feel secure in knowing that I will be receiving the best professional eye care in this area. Dr. Keller has been my ophthalmologist for the past ten years. He's attentive, listens to my questions and gives me a clear diagnosis of my eye health or any issues I might have. His staff makes me feel comfortable during testing and explains the procedures. All in all, I recommend their service highly.

Phenomenal eye surgeon Dr. Nichols is beyond belief - fabulous surgeon, fabulous clinician with great concern, foresight and protection of his patients. I drive 250 miles, one way, to see him and have him as my doctor. The office staff persons are just as terrific -- always helpful, focused on my wellbeing, and wonderful.
Dr Keller did a great job. I now have perfect close up vision in my right eye. Dr Keller has a great staff.

I was particularly impressed by my optical tech, Stacey, during my recent visit. She demonstrated great patience and professionalism during my vision exam. And Dr. Cuevas has a great chair-side manner and always gives me a thorough briefing on my vision condition.
This practice has excellent customer service and professional eye care. When my cataracts are bad enough, I will have the surgery done there.
