Three family member tested for Covid since August, no test results received for anyone. They blockade online access by saying "you already have an account", but no username, password, email information or anything is provided. What's the point of going to WellNow for covid tests.
No transparency. The company is very slow and has poor customer service. Was told I would have a result from Sunday test on Tuesday, still cannot register account on Wednesday. Waste of time, wish I never followed protocol! 4 kids quarantined for a week for NOTHING! If it takes 7 days to give results, say that in the first place. We will pass the 10 day quarantine before we even get results. Smoke and mirrors.
Was told by my doctors office that I would need to pay a co-pay in their office and that would it. I would receive a bill but not to pay it. Now they are treating to send me to collections. I expressed my concerns to my doctors office and she reassured me that I would get two bills and not to pay. Well received the third bill. UGH! Go to legit lab and save yourself from this hassle.
This place is a complete joke. I ve had my blood work done twice by this company because this is who my doctors office goes through. Both times they have not sent me the results or the doctors office. I ve had to wait 2 hours both ties waiting for my doctors office to figure out what was going on. I m a busy person and I don t have 2 hours to waste at my doctor s appointment. I wish my doctor used a different company. They re a complete joke and extremely overpriced......$300 for test results. JOKE!!! I hardly ever leave bad reviews because I m a business owner, but this company has poor customer service and very poor production. I don t know how they re in business.
Horrible experience dealing with this company. I had a question regarding my bill, reached out to them and never got a reply until they sent my account to collections. Still have not gotten an explanation of my bill other than "that's how the doctor did the test". Maria from the billing department was talking in circles, not answering my question and being extremely rude and unprofessional. I hope to never deal with them again. Only giving one star because it wont let me post with no stars.
If I could give them a negative star I would. I had to use their service for COVID testing for international travel. I was required to use them by my government agency. The agency would cover the cost. When it came time for me to file my expenses I could not because I didn't have a receipt. When I contact them for a receipt they told me I owed $50 above the agreed cost. I was escalated to a person that said they corrected everything and billed me the correct amount and would send me the receipt via email. I waited and waited and no receipt. I had to file the expense without a receipt. 3 days later I received a bill with the charge $50 above. I called them twice and got their foreign call center who apparently didn't know how to use a hold button or just simply hung up on me. Needless to say, this company either doesn't care about their customers/patients or are simply incompetent. Why anyone would trust their medical business with this company is beyond me. Stay away. Don't waste your time with them!

Thanks to the staff I was able to travel!! My test results for Covid were delayed because of the weather and they made everything possible to make sure my test results were on time!
Horrible Experience with this company RE PCR testing. You can't even speak to someone on the phone - customer service is terrible Their mobile unit assured at maximum 48 hour turn around. I had told them it was needed for an international flight to see a terminally ill family member - they still have not given the results or updates 4 days later and I have missed my flight costing thousands of dollars.
Don t test with this company for covid. They are slow to turn results around. Was promised 48hours maximum. Took a test Saturday morning @8am. It s now Monday night and I can t get on my international flight due to no results- they have literally cost me thousands of dollars- and they don t answer phone calls!
