No transparency. The company is very slow and has poor customer service. Was told I would have a result from Sunday test on Tuesday, still cannot register account on Wednesday. Waste of time, wish I never followed protocol! 4 kids quarantined for a week for NOTHING! If it takes 7 days to give results, say that in the first place.
