Horrible Experience with this company RE PCR testing. You can't even speak to someone on the phone - customer service is terrible Their mobile unit assured at maximum 48 hour turn around. I had told them it was needed for an international flight to see a terminally ill family member - they still have not given the results or updates 4 days later and I have missed my flight costing thousands of dollars.
