Courtney Wood is without a doubt the best person I could have asked for when trying to find an apartment (on very short notice) in Boston. Courtney was incredibly diligent, patient, and accommodating for what can be a very stressful process given the craziness of Boston's current market. I rarely write reviews but this was truly an exception.
After setting me up with a list of virtually every available place in Boston given my search parameters, Courtney quickly contacted and coordinated with all of the different management companies/individuals to schedule a showing on the one day I was able to visit from out-of-state. This would have been impossible to do on my own. On the day of the visit, Courtney made sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule. She helped me ask the right questions and listened carefully to my preferences. She even scheduled two additional visits to apartments I hadn't initially considered but matched my interests the DAY OF my visit.
I ended up changing my mind three times when determining the apartment I wanted to sign with. Each and every time Courtney got all the details and info required within the hour. She was constantly in communication via text, email or phone and sent really useful information I would not have even considered.

Adam Parady is hands-down the best broker I have ever worked with! He was kind, considerate, and incredibly patient. Even though we eventually found a rental directly through an owner, I plan to come back to Adam when we purchase a home in a couple of years. I seriously cannot recommend him enough. He is the only broker I've worked with that actually truly listened to what we were looking for and never pushed us to rent a place. I signed up for their daily email alerts regarding rental listings, which was somewhat useful. However, my designated agent (Ove) was quite unresponsive and did not follow through with the information I requested on apartments that I was genuinely interested in, despite providing all my information. I will not be using their service again. Unsubscribed!

Adam Parady was a delight to work with and helped us find a new place quickly, efficiently, and had a good understanding of what we were looking for. Overall this was a good place to work. Mainly bc other agents truly have each others best interests in mind. The owner is a kind-smart guy but it s tough to deal with his redundant ramblings. In my opinion, it is tough to work and learn from an owner who is not transacting in the marketplace himself. I would advise operating off market and promoting your own brand - doesn t make sense to provide value if it s not reciprocated. If you are looking to become a rental or buy side agent this is probably the best place to start your career - the web infrastructure is impressive but it doesn t produce big $ leads. In other words, there is tons of volume but little velocity, and that s a tough bid in a global market like Boston.

Finding an apartment in Boston is so difficult to do on your own, and there are a scant amount of brokers you can trust... But let me say: you can absolutely trust these guys. My broker, David, was kind, always quick to reply, and only wanted to make sure I was happy. He curated selections for me, and helped me find an apartment almost immediately. He was knowledgable and a great advocate for me during the signing process as well. From start to finish - couldn't be more pleased.
