Courtney Wood is without a doubt the best person I could have asked for when trying to find an apartment (on very short notice) in Boston. Courtney was incredibly diligent, patient, and accommodating for what can be a very stressful process given the craziness of Boston's current market. I rarely write reviews but this was truly an exception.

After setting me up with a list of virtually every available place in Boston given my search parameters, Courtney quickly contacted and coordinated with all of the different management companies/individuals to schedule a showing on the one day I was able to visit from out-of-state. This would have been impossible to do on my own. On the day of the visit, Courtney made sure everything went smoothly and according to schedule. She helped me ask the right questions and listened carefully to my preferences. She even scheduled two additional visits to apartments I hadn't initially considered but matched my interests the DAY OF my visit.

I ended up changing my mind three times when determining the apartment I wanted to sign with. Each and every time Courtney got all the details and info required within the hour. She was constantly in communication via text, email or phone and sent really useful information I would not have even considered.

I am so happy I used Courtney to find a place in Boston. I would have been completely overwhelmed without her. Look no further for what I feel is the best and hardest working agent in Boston. Truly grateful.
