Overall this was a good place to work. Mainly bc other agents truly have each others best interests in mind. The owner is a kind-smart guy but it s tough to deal with his redundant ramblings. In my opinion, it is tough to work and learn from an owner who is not transacting in the marketplace himself. I would advise operating off market and promoting your own brand - doesn t make sense to provide value if it s not reciprocated. If you are looking to become a rental or buy side agent this is probably the best place to start your career - the web infrastructure is impressive but it doesn t produce big $ leads. In other words, there is tons of volume but little velocity, and that s a tough bid in a global market like Boston.
