Top! Always delivery on time, and always met with customer service.
The waiting time is quite long lately if you want to call them, but all in all satisfied.

What a strange company this is, the only good thing about this company is that they deliver the next day or the next day and sometimes even deliver twice and then you are told that it must come from 2 department stores but it is still a computer system ?? And then you sometimes get things delivered incorrectly but it is no longer possible to send them back because it has already been unpacked it is said !! But I ordered home care because I am not allowed to order as a client myself, but it was strange to me that they will call me if something is not available or is available a little later !! And then the financial comes into play, I have certain bandages that are on the expensive side then you suddenly hear from the head nurse of Bosman that my insurance no longer reimburses because too much is ordered !! hmm strange because my insurance says if that benefits your wound healing then it has to be sent and then it is just reimbursed by us !! And since a few months suddenly there can be limited ordering and only once every 14 days !! Ok then I still understand that there is little supply of resources to their suppliers, but then it should not be said that my insurance is nagging about it !! Anyway all in all and is a badly organized company because one person tells this to another that ... but come on people you have a computer system where it all works so it is so difficult to read from a screen what happened before all ordered ?? And yes it happens sometimes that a little more of a product is ordered than the other time ...... but you also have that in a supermarket

Good service, thinking employees, fast delivery and very good in terms of service

Ordered test strips for my mother from this company for many years. Because it probably took too long before I ordered new test strips, I was bombarded with emails. When I did not respond, they called my 86-year-old mother if it was good that she sent test strips. Her needles were also talked of a model that she did not use. Find this outrageous and intrusive

Scammers? Recall promotion of Medtronic infusion sets in September, there were instructions not to use certain sets. I had two boxes that met the batch number. All instructions followed, two boxes would be sent. After three weeks of calling, 1 box sent with a lot of pain and effort, I was already quite angry at the time, they were very difficult on the line and after begging I was sent 1 box. two months later I call again for the 2nd box, I am told how much I have left and whether I can make it to January and if this is not the case, then I need an authorization from the treating doctor. I indicate that I still have 1 box too good from the recall, Ms casually indicates that no barcodes have been sent by us !! While they had barcodes three months ago, they could also tell me that I had 2 boxes too good. Is simply the cleanest scam! The lady on the line indicates that she is there to help me .... all she helps me with is high blood pressure .... really worthless, I feel powerless and that I have been wronged. Are there more customers who have experienced this with the recall action? Looks like they get these boxes reimbursed from Medtronic and Bosman reimburses as few boxes as possible for the customers purely for financial gain. Really really worthless all this and especially the reaction of this "company".

After years of reimbursement in one and no reimbursement!
