I've been waiting for more than three weeks for these people to credit my credit card for a billing error.

Bose is almost impossible to reach on the phone; their people continue to blame covid-19 for their horrible customer service response. However, it is now October, so I told them that excuse is over six months old. If they cared about customer service, they would have fixed it by now.

I don't care about sound or product quality. Any company with customer service this bad doesn't deserve to remain in business. I suggest that you spend your money elsewhere.

Worst customer support EVER! Yet another once great company has gone down the tubes. In the past, Bose would always allow customers to send in headphones and charge a minor fee for repair. No longer. Apparently all customer support ended when they closed the USA stores. Now you get better customer support from Alibaba. Shame on you Bose! You lost a long term customer and will lose many more until you fix your once great but now terrible support!

Bose needs to do better with their automotive department. I called and was redirected to send an inquiry online, that was a two months ago and I still haven't heard back. And all I needed was the part number for my Mazda's front door (cause the diagram they provided the auto manufacturer was so legible).

I was very disappointed with this product. I got very poor reception. Unfortunately I didn t read the remarks made by other customers and thought because Bose was a very well known name that it would be a good product. Unfortunately I gave away a really good radio/CD player with speakers when I ordered this one. I had had it for years but wanted to upgrade to something smaller and more modern. The sound on the old system was great. The last straw was when I called customer service to discuss what additional equipment or antennas to make this usable (which is terrible since I paid so much for it in the first place) and was transferred to someone in a foreign country. And the reason I know for sure he was not in the United States is because I asked him since it was hard to understand him. What is going on with this company that you can t even talk to someone in this country???? I would never recommend this company to anyone

Purchased ear buds on Bose name only Was looking for a hang on buds to secure to the ear for walking the buds come out when your ear sweats find yourself trying to reinsert into ear during your walking experience. I can t imagine problems runners would have. This is a no buy product. Have other Bose products and happy with them. I think it s time to explore other manufacturers with better design Sorry Bose but you have let your customers down with this one. Maybe getting to confident and need to improve your design ideas

I own a pair of soundsport earbuds. They provide great sound, and don't fall out of my ears even during long workouts. But here is the best part. When one of them stopped working after several months, Bose replaced them. It was a very easy process and did not require complicated registration or going to a retail outlet. Three cheers for BOSE for investing in customer service and supporting your products!

I had this QC35 ii for a year and exactly after a year the microphone stopped working out of no where. I can guarantee that I used this headphone for like a month or so. Not more than that and the microphone stopped working. I called customer service and she ask me to update the headphone software which I did. And it still didn t work for me and I exploded to her that this device was never used and help me fix the problem but no, she started to ask me for more money to fix my issue because I am out of warranty. This is really bad I mean really really bad customer service. Paid $350 plus tax and had to pay another $200 to fix the issue that is Bose created after a year only. Bose knows this issue but still don t want to fix it or recall it. I will always hate Bose and will never ever recommend their products to anyone in my life. I am so disappointed with the behavior. On their own website, people keep complaining but they seem to be ignoring the fact that this is their device issue.
