I've been waiting for more than three weeks for these people to credit my credit card for a billing error.
Bose is almost impossible to reach on the phone; their people continue to blame covid-19 for their horrible customer service response. However, it is now October, so I told them that excuse is over six months old. If they cared about customer service, they would have fixed it by now.
I don't care about sound or product quality. Any company with customer service this bad doesn't deserve to remain in business. I suggest that you spend your money elsewhere.
