I had this QC35 ii for a year and exactly after a year the microphone stopped working out of no where. I can guarantee that I used this headphone for like a month or so. Not more than that and the microphone stopped working. I called customer service and she ask me to update the headphone software which I did. And it still didn t work for me and I exploded to her that this device was never used and help me fix the problem but no, she started to ask me for more money to fix my issue because I am out of warranty. This is really bad I mean really really bad customer service. Paid $350 plus tax and had to pay another $200 to fix the issue that is Bose created after a year only. Bose knows this issue but still don t want to fix it or recall it. I will always hate Bose and will never ever recommend their products to anyone in my life. I am so disappointed with the behavior. On their own website, people keep complaining but they seem to be ignoring the fact that this is their device issue.
