I have been a Boscolo customer for over 10 years and I have done many tours always appreciating the excellent choice of hotels, the professionalism of carers, guides, drivers, all organized always in the best way. I have just returned from the "Amsterdam, Flanders and Reno" tour, but this time I had to change my mind about the Boscolo organization: the hotels not up to their 4 stars and some very far from the center, at the Mercure hotel in Strasbourg (4 stars ) the almost non-existent breakfast, coffee and cappuccino machine and two types of mini brioche (in any 1-star pension there is more choice), restaurants with poor menus and especially in the first repetitive days. The Amsterdam guide was embarrassing as he often talked about his personal interests and almost nothing about the city. The chaperone, always kind and helpful, was not able to impose herself, allowing some people to often arrive late for appointments creating problems for the whole group. The only very positive note of the tour the bus driver (Ariel) very good, kind, helpful and always ready for any request.
