A box set for which they had paid 289 euros for me expired and there was no possibility of recovering the expense.

As far as I'm concerned they pocketed money without in any way having given a service!

As far as I'm concerned they have done their business .... they can answer whatever they want, but in the face of such a thing I can only advise against it!
