Just bought a 2009 Wrangler from Borgman that I absolutely love. The whole process was smooth and easy. Nick Antuma was fantastic to work with, and I ll be seeking him out with my next purchase. Brandon was also great and knowledgeable, he even got me an interest rate way better than my personal bank.

At age 50, this is the first interaction I've had with a dealership who would not let me test drive the vehicle until they performed service on the suspension. My prior experiences involved purchasing a used vehicle and then immediately having to pay to have that work done myself. At 10 years old and over 100,000 miles, it isn't perfect. But I was surprised and impressed by the amount of work Borgman insisted on doing prior to handing over the keys. For about a week, during that process, I worked remotely with the dealership to get all of the paperwork in place, leading up to actually picking it up. By the time I picked it up, it took less than 30 minutes to get in and out, which is also the fastest I have ever completed a purchase/trade-in. This was the most positive experience I've had interacting with a dealership. I would recommend them when purchasing a used vehicle and I plan on returning with my vehicle for regular service. Curtis the salesperson was a great person to deal with. I brought my own financing with me and Curtis took care of everything. He set me up with the test drive of the truck I bought. Got Cody the finance person involved, got the plate taken care of, and went the extra of printing out a hard copy of my progressive insurance cards. I recommend these folks to everyone. They treat you like family. That's a hard commodity to find now days.

I had a great experience buying a used car at Borgman. Jonathon Levanduski was a pleasure to work with. He tuned right into what I was looking for and kept at it until he found exactly what I wanted. I got a fair price, a great warranty and I LOVE my new (used) car!

(for service department) I had an emergency electrical issue on a Saturday in my older Ranger and on impulse, chose to hit Borgman's service. Super friendly, very helpful and was able to get my truck in quickly. The part was in stock and someone could work on it. Was only there for a couple hours but it was time well spent.

I would highly recommend Brandon (pre-owned salesman) to help find your next vehicle. By far, this was the best sales experience. Brandon, exemplified what customer service should be. Low pressure, knowledgeable, went beyond final sale to make sure we were happy with our purchase. He also made sure the vehicle we purchased was right for us and did not sway us to something just for the sale. The only difficult part was waiting in line for him. He always had a customer. In my book, that's a good problem to have.
