They posted a professional position at a good rate of pay, then when they talked to me on the phone for 1 minute, they reduced the offer by 15k for no reason, citing a "posting error".

Unprofessional, deceptive and poor ethics. I will never work for this company.

I highly recommend Mier! They kept me inform and updated in all that was happening, in a professional way! I had the pleasure of dealing with Subbu, and she was very helpful and professional and made the process as easy as it could have been.

I was approached by Accountivity about a month ago and they were friendly and professional during the course of securing me a role. They provided me the information of where to go and who to meet with on my first day. When I went onsite, I was at the wrong address (mind you, I approached someone walking into the wrong address I was given and they gladly provided me with the correct building address). Upon entering the office, I found out it was the first day for many employees back to work amidst COVID-19- I understood, that perhaps Accountivity made an honest mistake on their end by giving me the wrong address. Went to reception, gave my name, asked to speak to who I was supposed to report to (also instructed from Accountivity), and find out the Manager is in a meeting for the next 2 hours! I literally waited around at the reception from 9am to 11am... complete waste of time, but hey, I got paid to sit around! Moving forward, there was such disorganization amongst the team that I was working with, no one was in the office except 2 people (including my Manager and someone from HR). Which I am fine with given the current circumstances, but I did absolutely nothing on my first day and was told to work from home for the rest of the week (and was given a laptop/ supplies which was helpful). Fast forward to my 2nd and 3rd day, waiting for IT to set me up properly and give me various system accesses so that I can actually do my job that I was hired for... I let my manager know that I ve contacted their IT team twice and haven t heard back, manager was completely aware of the situation as well. Amidst this mess, keep in mind, I ve not been contacted by Accountivity a single time since signing the offer letter! I find out that my fellow team members and manager use their personal phones for professional conference calls, and I objected to this.. considering I don t want to be compromised if private data is being transmitted wrongfully through my personal mobile device, I figured there must be some sort of data breach going on here at this company... I spoke to the manager about how I don t feel comfortable being asked to do training and be on my personal mobile phone for hours, because the company doesn t have enough sufficient budget for advanced softwares to handle conferences (they still use Cisco Jabber, when I fully know Jabber is capable of handling audio/ video calls). When I brought this up with the manager on my 4th day (of my first week!), she told me that there isn t anything she can do about it and that the rest of the team uses their mobile phones to communicate and for training. I knew right there and then I didn t want to work for such a unprofessional company that doesn t consider that they re definitely breaching data and privacy regulations of their many clients ! In addition, and on my 4th and final day I even worked 30 min extra doing a task after telling the manager I don t feel comfortable using my person phone for work purposes, but still did so. The manager had told me that we don t get overtime so we can choose to start later or end earlier the next day; which I chose to start later. I clearly informed the manager via Cisco Jabber messenger (and there is record of this). I wake up the next day (my final and 5th day), and I log into my laptop and my accesses are all gone, I have missed calls from Accountivity, I call the recruiter back and find out I ve been let go??? I relayed every single thing of what went on and how unprofessional the company is/was that I was placed at and the recruiter sounds completely caught off guard and tells me a completely different story from what the manager had told him VS my story of my first week. The recruiter was speechless when I told him that on my first day I was sent to the wrong building and that the manager was 2hr late to meeting me! I was even asked by the recruiter if I could return the laptop in
