Boodles

My boyfriend purchased a necklace for me from boodles a few years ago. After taking it off a few times I had managed to get a few knots in the chain and I was worried about taking it somewhere else. I went into Boodles and they got the knots out and gave it a good clean free of charge and my necklace is like brand new! Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely staff and they even said I can pop in whenever I want and have it re cleaned free of charge. Customer service is second to none and I would happily recommend to everyone.

Had a recent wonderful experience at the Boodles Liverpool store. My partner and I were treated Royaly, with service and fabulous jewellery. All thanks to Toby, who helped professionally with a birthday surprise.

Not all it s made out to be. All smiles and coffee when selling, but have a problem and they look down nose at you. Swapped ring for us but made to feel like they were doing us a favour. What happened to customer service and understanding. Jennifer flouncing about and appeared quite hostile towards us

Very well presented beautiful showroom with a good collection of Patek Philippe watches. Manager Sam Evans is very helpful. Sam even offered me a very limited production Patek Philippe wristwatch when we spoke for the fist time.
