Having to get viteim b shots every week has helped, however, the girls giving the shots should NOT jam the needle in my arm so hard that afterwards I can't use my arm at all. She hit the muscle & is extremely painful. NEXT TIME this happens I will make it know to her how it feels. The staff is excellent as are the doctors. The one star is for the girls who gives the shots. It's like she doesn't care if she hurts a patient or not.

My husband's first day fo chemo treatment was also his last. He passed away during the last 30 minutes of treatment due to a seizure which I had to alert the nurse to, and she called 911, nurse was not paying attention to her patients and if I wan't there he wold have died in the chair . Horrible wait times, horrible organization, called the so called patient advocate 4 times with no return calls. Dr. Rau and Dr. Monson were great but WOW- the staff seems incompetent , no organization or communication between each other. Seek treatment at another facility if you can

My father got referred to ccare and was seeing Dr. Ravi D. Rao. We was hoping that they Diagnose my father. They did all kind of lab work and 2 painful biopsy s and they still couldn t figure out. After my father did his last biopsy there, he end up having a stroke. To make the story short, I ended up taking him to UCSF and they diagnosed him within 4 days and knew what kind of cancer and how they would treat it. UCSF made Referral to ccare so he can start getting infusions and when I called them to set up the appointment they told me we no longer can t see him due to many cancellations. I explained to them what was my situation was, that my father had a massive stroke and I he was in the icu for 2 weeks. But, they didn t care. They don t care about their patients. All they care about is booking and cancelling appointments.

My wonderful doctor is the one earning the stars for my review. The facility itself, however, is disappointing. The mere fact that I have the time to write this review, standing in an overcrowded waiting room, is upsetting. CCare consistently has ridiculous wait times. It is clear that they overbook patients and pack us in. There are plenty of attentive individuals on staff who treat patients well, but it is just too bad that the predictable and mind-numbing wait has to sour it. Every. Single. Time.

Dr Parveez is an absolutely wonderful Dr, she is patient, kind & actually talks "to you" not "down to you". The reason for seeing Dr Parveez isn't the best but if I have to deal with these health issue's I'm grateful I have Dr Parveez. I have complete confidence in her abilities to see me through this time. Also her assistant Anna is efficient and a really nice person to work with. Honestly the team of Dr Parveez and Anna is the best you can get. I highly recommend Dr Parveez and Anna because dealing with cancer is hard enough but they put you at ease, while instilling confidence in their abilities thereby making you feel better about the whole process. Thank you Dr Parveez and Anna for all that you do.

This review has nothing to do with care of patients. I am commenting on training to work for this administration. There was No training , I was given 4 days to learn 2 computer programs and medical cancer medication in units vs treatment, this place is so unorganized, and assured me they would not set me up for failure. But bottom line it will never be efficient when they fail to train staff to be the best they can he. Trainer assured me they would not be setting me up for failure, but I believe, they failed to set me up. I hope they get it together for the sake of the patients. I do not recommend working here unless you are ready to have them sit you in a chair and figure it out, and then reprimand you for not doing it correctly. The most HORRIBLE management I have ever encountered.

Everytime i come to this new place on Milbrooke, longest wait time ever! The receptionist are taking their sweet ole time chatting up a storm. No one seems like they are in a hurry to check people in. Of course the traffic to this place is the worst! If I could I would pick a completely different place of service and different care. I just wish they kept the cedar office opened. At least over there, things moved a little quicker.

Had an appointment at 2 and was out by 3 which I was pretty impressed for being a new patient. Guy took my blood was very nice. Dr. Rao was my doctor and I was very impressed. He took his time to ask me questions and got a resolution. He even checked my ears for me because they have been plugged for the last week and a half. Very impressed! Thank you everyone at ccare!

No one wants Cancer I know this first hand. Unfortunately I have been to three cancer care centers in Fresno and today for the first time I went with my love one to Ccare. I was VERY impressed with the knowledgeable, professional, proficient staff. Dr. Dexter Estrada was kind, compassionate, patient, personable and confident. I was so impressed with him and his medical assistants. Oncologist are known for being detached not the case with Ccare they are fully engaged and committed to the best care for their patients. Thank you Ccare for 5 star care!

The staff at cCare are warm and caring. For a facility as large as this one, things run pretty smoothly. My doctor, Dr. Ravi Rao, is amazing. This facility and the doctors and staff are so far superior to the facility and staff the first time I went through treatment, it doesn t even compare. If there is anything that could be improved, it would be that it is difficult to get in touch with my doctor s office. Wait time on the phone is sometimes long and frustrating. Other than that, I feel the level of care at cCare is wonderful.

Great facility with almost everything a patient needs. Very clean and organized with restrooms and signs everywhere. The staff is beyond friendly and the doctors care for the patients how it should be.

I was shocked to accompany my dear friend into C-Care for a visit with her oncologist for
3 reasons...The 1st reason was a female staff member that brought us back into a private room whose mask was below her nose. She only covered her nose (and later donned a face shield) only after I pointed out that her mask was "slipping". The 2nd reason was a a resident that came into the room to ask questions of my friend, who felt it nessessary to pull down his mask so my friend could hear him better. I objected once more. The 3rd reason was the Oncologist himself who did the same! One may say I'm nit-picking but this IS an oncologist and the very nature of his practice makes his patients extremely vulnerable and especially so when undergoing chemotherapy which lowers immune resistance. C-Care..That's 3 outta' 3 people she came into contact with! Please, for my friend's life, please get it right before she starts chemo!!

Since 2016 and as time goes by the the wait for appointment get longer.
They never say sorry we are running late. Dr. Lemon
They say we have to be on time or our appointment gets pushed back to when they can fit us in.
They don't care how long you wait and even if you bring it to there attention they say well that's typical. No apoligy. They are that important.
And they never tell you the bad news until you force them.

Dr Hager and his staff are friendly, caring and competent. I am so grateful to all of them for the wonderful care I have received over the past year. Thank you C-Care. You all are amazing!

They treat me with care and compassion. They know my name when I check in for treatments. Considering their patients all have cancer, these things are very important. It is an extremely busy place, full of patients, but I still feel I am important to them.

Wow I am really sorry to read any of the bad comments about cCARE.
My wife was a patient for nearly four years. And without going into any details the receptionists, phlebotomists, doctors and all the nursing staff whom either drew blood or provided her infusion and shots are the most compassionate people we ever met in the horrible world we know as cancer. Including times she spent in the hospital. Believe the world she lived in for those four years was total terror and horror for my wife. The one single consistency is/was the wonderful people at cCARE. I will never say they weren't slow at times but they always worked hard to keep us informed. I give all praise to the Lord first and next the dedicated people at cCARE. You all know who you are there because if you worked at the old cCARE or the new cCARE you are a blessing. Life can be hard own people in general and some us seem to get the worst by having cancer. As far as any staff at cCARE not caring, my wife and I never felt any less important than how they would treat/care as if the patient is/was their own family. Again from our hearts I thank you for Dora R Holland. You gave her something she needed and that was hope. May each and everyone of you at cCARE be blessed.

John Holland
