Service was not seamless.. had to ask for bubble bath which never came.. and toilet paper not replenished during room service

Bathroom tiles are not good, which is having lot of contours where water is stagnant. Water drain near toilet seat placed higher than the floor level, which makes the spilled over water stays around the toilet seat. Otherwise rooms are OK, there is renovation going on in the lake view area of the rooms. It will take 6 months for renovation. Lighting inside bathroom can be improved.

Awesome resort u can definitely check in without thinking .house keeping services are slag might be due to largest property..I can specially mention two ppl who are wonderful..sameer in dining n nagaraju the buggy driver ..always a smile on their face ..things to correct filthy vent in kitchen at live corner

A great weekend escape from the city. Visited the resort a few years ago. Has come here for office off-site. A great family place to relax and enjoy. There are a lot of water bodies. Rooms are nice and comfortable. All the balconies have great view of the water bodies.
Nice food. Lots of outdoor activities to do here. A big Field to enjoy a sport, swimming, some farm animals which little kids would love etc.

Awesome place we went with family of friends outing , awesome climate in Jan was drizzling though we could not play any few and activity and no swimming pool due to covid restrictions . Food price was way to expensive however the complimentary breakfast was very good.

Food is just amazing as u have a great bufhe with a variety of stuffs!!!! Swimming pool is insane!!!And you could do long walks over there... I love it so much...i had actually visited there on Diwali break...but because of Corona and Stuff I got time to write this down... It was a lovely time spent over there... I would definitely visit again....

It's good choice to stay here for leasure and couple stay. Very good arrangements, good view, privacy.. etc..

It is very nice resort, the staff is v nice to guests. Special mention and thanks to Miss Scarlet at front desk. BUT resort is 16 KMS before Pondicherry when you go from Chennai. So carry your food and drinks if you wish to save . It has a v large pool and a man-made lake inhabited by beautiful fishes. You need a 10 mins walk to beach from resort. The resort doesn't have it's own private beach like other resorts. OVERALL V NICE EXPERIENCE.

One of the best place available near pondicherry. since pondicherry is a very small town, no place is far from anything so from this resort we can go to city about 20 mnts. They are maintaining this place good. Cost is also okay. The only thing missing here is the ocean view. you cannot see or vist the sea shore from this place.

Best place to stay near Pondicherry, Especially book lake view villas. Lot of activity options are there. I would say this property itself is good enough to attract tourists from all over the world.

Hotel was awesome.. food was good..best place to relax with family. And for newly couple as well...having big and beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi in rooms along with bathtub... Go for sports.... nearby beach also available in 200 mts only...calm n clean.... City is 12-15 kms only from resort. Shared auto also available for city....spa and some sports are charged...

The place is awesome one have to visit this place if going to pondicherry. The hotel rooms are quite spacious and facing the pool. The beach is also nearby. Morning breakfast is full of savories and dishes. Perfect place for couple to stay.

The place is huge! Good place if planning for a day or two. In room dining is bit expensive. Its on the outskirts (East Coast Road) hence nothing to see around except spending time at the resort. The service is very good and breakafast has good variety.

Very nice play for a weekend getaway. Buffet food was tasty. Rooms are very neat. Spacious Resort with ample car parking.
