Really good resort.. environment around the resort is clean and cool... The rooms are also good.

Beautiful place to stay! Cost is bit on the higher side but place has class.

The resort itself is beautiful and we had a nice time. We visited during covid times and would have expected better cleanliness. Maybe Covid drove the prices up but the rooms were a bit expensive than their actual worth. Its a good place for couples seeking privacy. We stayed at both Bermuda Villa and Tahiti Villa. Bermuda Villa was worth the stay. Tahiti Villa had its own private pool which could have been made a little more private by adding blinds/sheet to the open side of the pool giving the control of privacy to the guest. Location is beautiful, the beach access is nice but it wasn't a private resort beach and needed a 10 mins walk, the activity centre seemed nice but we couldn't give it a go. Location wise it was beautiful and well maintained property. Rooms could be better in the price. Also, better accessible by private cars because taxi rates are high and there is nothing nearby, you won't even get an uber.

Great place to unwind and relax. Staff are courteous and rooms are good... It was raining when at resort and keeping out rain water was a task at hand for the staff and hence the 4 #letsguide

One good resort. Perfect place to spend a weekend.All the staffs were very kind. Just confirm the rates with the resort as it changes periodically.

An excellent resort that has regular room and villa like room. The villa room was clean, spacious and can easily accommodate a family of three or four. The villa has a private sit out that's on a small water body, and having geese and ducks swimming around gives a nice and pleasant view especially in the morning.

The main issue with the place is the cost of food, prices are like a 5 star restaurant, especially sea food which you would expect to be fresh and inexpensive and leaves a not so nice overall experience.

I visited this place during April for my babymoon. I would say that the hotel is good but the workers are very bad.

The preferential treatment on welcome is given to certain guest and leaving the rest. This gives a very bad first impression.

Room is bad. I booked a jacuzzi room. The items were torn, broken and badly maintained. Photos attached.

My wife was pregnant anfld when we ordered a tea, they dint even place the order without seeing the customer and they say openly that they don't believe the customer as hey may end up not paying for the coffee.

A person who books a room for 8k won't pay 100??

Very bad customer satisfaction.

Shuttle services were pathetic. Not suitable for elders or families with little children.

Nice resort.
The beach is 400 metres from resort. Between 7 and 8 am the fishing boats return from fishing and you can witness live auction, it was worth watching. The fishing folks go out to fish at 3 am and return by daybreak.

Awesome property but one problem is that the kitchen is common for vegetarian & non-vegetarian so I can suggest that separates the kitchen for vegetarian and non- vegetarian people . THANKS

Classic resort for resting. Good ambience and nice amenities. Big open space available for accomodating atlease 500 people for get together or function. Beach can be accessed by guarded gates. Posh infrastructure and gangways are too good for walking around.

Great place for a leisure with good food at Pondicherry.

Oceans Spray one of the best resort located on ECR in Pondicherry. The location has all the amenities as that of a grand resort, of course being one. It is located at 10kms before Pondicherry between Chennai to Pondicherry ECR. Good Food, amazing pool side restaurant and bar. It does not have a private beach, but the beach is just 500 mts away. Highly recommended for any Corporate off-site and Family vacation. Don't miss to stay in the pool side Villa. Swim suits are available at the reception. You can check with fisherman community for a short sea trip, generally charge 2000 for 6k per boat, you can negotiate for 1500. Don't miss their Night club Party hall.

Pros
1)The property :
Truly an amazing place and a vast scenery of this hotel . Most of the place is filled with pools, lawns and trees and is lit up at night and feels great to just take a long stroll around the property
If you're tired then you can just ask them to take you around in an electric buggy
The place has a spa, indoor games place , a gym and many other amenities
The pools are filled with small and medium sized fish and is a good entertainment for the kids

2)The rooms :
Very clean, with neat beds, sheets , pillows and wooden floors
The bathrooms were very clean and fully stocked with the essentials
It had a standard kettle and standard tea and coffee powders
A non stocked mini bar and a safe was present

3)Room service :
The room cleaning people were bit too diligent and came every day morning promptly at 10 am even with the privacy sign on which was a bit annoying but they always did a great job
But you have to specify that you need the bed sheets and pillow covers to be changed otherwise it will just be tidied up without changing that

Cons
1) The restaurant :
Very average food at a very expensive rate
If you eat the food here three times , then your bill will be equal to the room charges
The French fries were reheated and most of the other fare were just at best average in taste
The breakfast buffer had the same food for all three days and with nothing special

2) the jacuzzi
It was on the balcony and privacy is most definitely compromised which reduces the use of the jacuzzi

Summary
Great rooms with an avoidable restaurant
Just take a trip to Pondicherry every time you want to have food , it's 16 KM's away

All over the resort is poor and very bad and the maintanence of the resort is very bad.the cleaning of the room is nil.

Good Property, nice ambience, decent food, courteous staff especially Mr Senthil & Sarathi not to mention the staff in the cafeteria who tireously put an effort during breakfast time.
Few things need improvements, toilet has some issues with smell, water should not be shared just because one is checking out it's a miniscule thing, air con should be checked in the cafeteria, should provide some high tea in the evening for guests staying.kids area should be cleaner.kids ammenties can be improved.Will surely recommend to friends, family to visit & stay @ your property.

First of all this is far off from pondicherry, so this resort itself is the only destination. But it has an amazing pool, not water quality is Okiesh. Food arrangment is good but not ask of them are tasty. But we're in the room 405 on the 3rd floor and it had a open balcony jacuzzi and a bathtub inside. It's a Paradise. It also had good space for party and a open lawn for team activities. All in all its a great place to stay for 3 nights. Seashore is nearby but not for swimming. Have fun.

One of the best resort in that area, large parking space, there is spa in resort, very good restaurant, large swimming pool....

The amount these resorts charge is not worth it. If the resort does reduce their pricing in their websites only then this resort can be considered.

Very nice and cosy place to stay. Enjoyed our stay here. The food was a bit expensive. Even proper transport was not available from this place. The transport that could be arranged by the staff on request was also very expensive.

We thoroughly enjoyed the man made lake, games centre and beach.
The complimentary breakfast they serve was very good. Infact I must say, it was awesome. The staff was courteous and friendly too.

I shall surely suggest this to my friends.

A lovely resort with good ambience. The swimming pool is the highlight... it's a perfect place to relax and unwind. Rooms are spacious, clean & comfortable. The beach is just 300 mtrs away.

Beautifully landscaped resort near sea shore on the outskirts of Pondicherry. Good hospitality and nice staff. Massive swimming pool and lake surrounding the pool gives it a grandeur look. Food is okay as many north Indian may not appreciate it too much due to the simple reason of south Indian touch in all the recipes. However and ofcourse you will like the sambhar here very much. Various other activities to do. Huge spaces everywhere including conference rooms. Fully equipped to support large official or personal parties.

Friendly staff.... Good food..... Lovely pool.... Beachside if you want to go.... Wonderful experience overall.

Swimming pool is very neat and big. Game room is available especially video/ motion games and kids will like this. More space to play outdoor games. Few rooms are constructed inside of big artificial lake.

Very comfortable place, one of the most beautiful resort that I already met, unfortunately they don't serve alcohol drinks and meat but must be due to the location be near by the auroville an spiritual neighborhood.

Nice and room accommodations good. But worth as per the fee is lacking. Service is bit lacking.

Well maintained resort but needs improvement in artificial lake maintenance, it's good if some more birds/animals are maintained.Its pleasant sight to see ducks moving around freely. Complimentary breakfast is not up to mark with limited variety of food. Dinner buffet is good with quality and varied cuisine.

The whole property is huge.. But not well maintained, Especially the Bermuda villas. Dinner was a horrible, Nothing was hot and all the dishes where asked to be re cooked...
