Bonefish Grill Review

Had the lobster 3 course meal. My date and I both enjoyed our meals. Just the perfect compliment of courses. Most enjoyable experience at dinner tonight.

Went here on my birthday, and had a great time. Espresso martinis are great and I always get Parmesan Crusted Rainbow Trout. Service is great. If you want to call ahead to reduce you're wait time, you can do that too. Thanks for the memorable birthday!

Great place. My husband took me there for our 41st anniversary. I loved it.

Really good food, very pleasant staff, limited mixed drink selection but the wonderful staff is very helpful in offering alternatives. (Did I mention the staff was over-the-top courteous/polite/professional/amazing?) By the way, this is the Original. Bonefish. Grill.

The flavor was just perfect... everything is so delicious...our waitress was great ...(Jordan) we really spend a good time here...

Bang bang shrimp were great. Fish and chips were awful (overcooked, fish had all but vaporized). Service ok, but not great.

It's great dining environment the lighting is just enough. Their Bang Bang Shrimp is awesome not too spicy just right and its consistent.

Great as usual. Hostess was great didn t get her name. Matt our waiter was awesome the manager was really nice took care of us.

service here is horrible. I have spoke to a corporate rep twice about the lack of consistent service at this location and received a couple of free meals but that doesn't make up for a bad experience. I will not be visiting this location again.

I order an NY Strip Steak about two weeks ago and it was very good. My server was extremely friendly

Great Atmosphere and it was nice. Creative designs and the waiter is always amazing! Always comes by and refill all of our drinks! But all of that comes of a big cost.

I love this place. Always so clean, the food is amazing and the wine selection is great. Jacob's Creek is my go to wine. It's semi sweet and pairs well with everything. Bang bang shrimp is also my go to appetizer. The staff is very sweet and attentive.

Trisha was awesome!!! My last experience was not so good after today, I'll be back for sure... I'm so glad they have Trisha there. She was very nice to my godfather and I.. If they had 10 starts I'd rate them 10 stars!!!!

I always have great experiences here. The staff is extremely friendly, the service is quick and the food is delicious. Try the rainbow trout; it won't disappoint!

Great food: Amazing drinks and the people and are extremely welcoming. They have $6 bang bang shrimps on wednesdays and 6$martinis on Mondays. Hope to see you there!!

Just not what it used to be. Waited almost 30 mins past our reservation and nothing was extraordinary. With the price they charge they better figure something out quick though because $25 for an average entre doesn't keep someone in business.

Called while at red mesa to check the wait time... Which is two minutes away. They said 10-15 once I show up wait time is 30 minutes....

I took my granddaughter, who's home from college, out for a special meal with her grandad..the food was delicious and the service stellar! Lovely people at the St. Pete Bonefish!!!

We're big fans of the Bang Bang Shrimp and the Fish Tacos. The menu has great options but the fish tacos are sooo good!

Their Filet Mignon is amazing & I love their Pomegranate Martinis!

my three course meal of the house salad, filet mignon, and cheese cake left nothing to desire. although i don t recommend the salad, it was included in my Tuesday special meal. Next time i recommend the cesar which i tried off of my guests plates. We left the place bloated with quality food. other then the salad everything was fulfilling.

We went to the 4th Street Bonefish today for brunch. We were greeted and seated quickly with a smile. That is when the experience ended. We were at our table more than 15 minutes without ever seeing a waiter. A group of four people were seated next to us and a waiter promptly arrived to explain the menu and take drink orders. We chose to leave and go elsewhere to eat. I did talk to the manager who wanted to comp a meal. I do not think this visit was about free food. This is the second time in the last 2 months we have been to the 4th Street location and received lousy service. We choose to spend $30 to $40 for brunch because of food quality and SERVICE. If I wanted a $10 experience we would have gone to Mac s or Burger King.

Sorry, had to give the review for the poor service received last night at dinner. Server brought entree and never saw her again. I would have liked steak sauce but didn't have the opportunity to ask for it. We were finished eating about 10 minutes so I stopped another server to ask her to find ours. No apologies or comments when she did return. We asked for the check to which someone else brought back to us.
Yes, my opinion was reflected in the small tip which is a shame but warranted.
Fyi, it was around 8pm and not busy so I don't think that would be the reason. I hope she realizes that when someone pays $80 for a meal, service is kind of important.

My wife and I have been coming to this location for over 6 months each and every Tuesday for the special. We always sit at the bar and get the upmost service from Suelinda and Christian. They make sure to always greet you and always make note of your name and interests to build a connection for a better experience. We have brought friends and family and everyone has said that they wish they had such great service near them. We cannot wait for the next Tuesday!

We love bonefish and came in tonight with no expectations besides having a little couple time without babies. Jenna was our server/ bartender and she was just amazing! So fun, real and made our night off from the kiddos memorable. Thank you again Jenna for being the jam

I cannot say enough good about bonefish. It is my favorite place to eat. the food, atmosphere, staff... always on point

Good food, but you could be the only person there for lunch and it will be slow. Always. Evey time. There could be a 100 people there and it will be slow. Think twice about going there for a business lunch if you are on a schedule.

Good food but service is always a huge problem with this whole brand of restaurants in the chain.

A lovely place to eat. The food is great. In the evenings they Dem the lights and have candles. Your waiter wears a top like a chef. My husband and I left saying to each other best meal since we arrived in St Pete

Very good table service. My Saigon noodles were not good. Incredibly salty.

Just Wow. We walked into this location and were amazed at the ambiance, lovely decor and the spaciousness. We had stopped to say hi to a friend and stayed for a late lunch.





Kudos to the staff. From deciding to stop in to say to hi to Nay, then deciding to ordering (and loving) our lunch, and chatting with our bartender/server, Felicia, this was a good experience.

As a rule, we don't frequent chains but this visit was wonderful and we will go there again. BtW, free on-site parking is a perk.

Always a great restaurant to go to. Super friendly and attentive service, great menu, great atmosphere. Even though the title implies fish they have amazing steaks and pork chops.

Very good trout, attentive waiter, once full becomes very packed in place, pork chop sounded good but flavors just so so. NOT CHEAP. wife loved the au grauten potatoes.

I have to say that My husband and I usually have 4-5* service @ this location but tonight left VERY LITTLE TO BE DESIRED :( . Our server Sasha was off her game tonight I'm guessing because we didn't even get offered the warm oven bread with garlic pesto- which we normally look forward to. And it wasn't like the dining room was packed but food came out warm to say the least and my hubby talked me out of sending it back in fear they would 'remember us and we'd never be able to come back here again'.. so i ate like warm scallops. YUMM! Once Sasha noticed we were done with our entree, she wasn't even going to offer us dessert, except ROB would have NONE of that!! He loves his donuts. and made it his business to say 'TO GO' which she repeated and still brought them back on a plate. She then offered to pack his left overs and brought him 2 Styrofoam 'to go' trays but didn't even offer a bag. I know it may sound petty, but I expect more from this establishment mostly because they normally do a GREAT JOB. No worries, we still tipped WELL. our MOTTO is we start @ 30% TIP and the server goes down from there. oh well, maybe we just need NOT spend our money here often :(

Best chef who makes the best mango salsa...it's amazing with the pecans parmesan encrusted rainbow trout!

I feel fortunate to have a Bonefish in our neighborhood. Consistently good food and impeccable service. We ask for Emily every time.

First of all Bonefish Grill is somewhat on the pricey side I ordered a $25 salmon dinner and my boyfriend ordered a $35 Chilean bass dinner when they bring the food out we start eating and my boyfriend realizes his fish is raw so of course we send it back so by the time his new fish came out I was done eating because he insisted I continue eating because my food would get cold my salmon was a bit overdone and rather Bland the manager took it off our bill without asking or without us asking her to which was nice and then the card promotional thing we had she actually gave back to us so we can use again but for the money spent the food was not that great the Chilean bass when it came out the second time was awesome it's just a shame we weren't actually able to eat the dinner together

I ate at this restaurant a couple weeks ago. My family and I are frequent visitors to the Bonefish chain, since we love the food. We happened to be in the St. Pete area for a celebration for one of my family members, and they asked to go to Bonefish. We were horribly surprised to the service being slow, the food taking forever, and once it arrived the food was cold. We eventually found out that the chef had quit during restaurant hour and the waiters were taking care of the food. This was such a disappointment and the celebration was subsequently ruined. I love Bonefish but this one was a bit of a mess.
