We went to the 4th Street Bonefish today for brunch. We were greeted and seated quickly with a smile. That is when the experience ended. We were at our table more than 15 minutes without ever seeing a waiter. A group of four people were seated next to us and a waiter promptly arrived to explain the menu and take drink orders. We chose to leave and go elsewhere to eat. I did talk to the manager who wanted to comp a meal. I do not think this visit was about free food. This is the second time in the last 2 months we have been to the 4th Street location and received lousy service. We choose to spend $30 to $40 for brunch because of food quality and SERVICE. If I wanted a $10 experience we would have gone to Mac s or Burger King.
