I love my primary doctor, Dr Mango . Went to see Dr Eldeen and had a very bad experience. My appointment was at 8am waited and finally see him at 9:26. This was my first visit there he came in and started off telling me I need this done to my back without even asking me what was wrong. Only stayed 9 minutes and left the room. Was very upset when I left

When to a Dr Arango and seen signs on chairs(Patient only) and was quite shocked, We are grown adults and don't need to see this in a doctors office. I understand when they had for COVID but this is unbelievable. And has a sign with we treat you like family lol

Unacceptable response with my appointment cancella...

Unacceptable response with my appointment cancellation with Dr Jose Prieto. More than 2 months awaiting for my appointment today August 27,2021. Then when I arrived to the appointment, assistant Angela told me my appointment have been cancelled. Even when I confirmed yesterday. She told me she left a voice mail on my phone, which is today like an hour ago when I was on my way to this appointment. And now she wants to reschedule my appointment for September 22, 2021 another month, playing with someone else time and necessities, What that heck. Stay away from this incompetent team Dr and Assistant

This is such a great clinic. They have 5 star doct...

This is such a great clinic. They have 5 star doctors. I am blessed to be able to come here. I have been trying so hard to get a security position here. This is a all around great place to work as well. I have been trying hard to get on their security and have not made it yet. I refuse to give up. I really want to join their team. God bless this great clinic.

I am very displeased with the quality of doctor care I receive. As an 83 year old patient, I expect for the doctor to have some patience as I explain my ailments. However, quite often I'm not given the opportunity to explain anything. Currently, I have a chafing sore that I have consistently been requesting treatment for, that after an entire year my primary care physician STILL has not even looked at. While I understand I may be seeing a nurse practitioner at times, I very rarely see my primary care physician. She is completely out of touch with me as a patient. I believe that when people choose to treat elderly people, they should be prepared through training with an appropriate bedside manner. While a 25 year old patient may be able to explain their issues in under 5 minutes; an 83 year old patient may need more patience to achieve the same goal. These are not $20 services being rendered. Just the doctor themselves receive more than $100, yet they don't spend more than 10 minutes with me. Additionally, my primary care physician stops medications I have been on for a long time and I don't find out until I go to pick up my refill. Quite often, she will haggle for a generic brand. All of these issues have made my experience as a patient with Bond Clinic unfavorable.

I cannot believe a doctor's office treated my so badly!
I scheduled a new patient appointment a month prior. I was told to arrive at 8:30. Finding the correct office building was the first difficulty, then circling the parking lot to finally find a parking spot I went to wait in line. There were so many people jammed in the insurance line if took forever to get my turn. The receptionist was nice, but it took about 10 minutes to log me and TAKE MY MONEY. I was then directed to Dr. Koilpollia's office. I found the next desk and waited for the receptionist that was on the phone, when she asked for my name she went to the back. She came back and told me I was too late for my 9:00 a.m. appointment. It was 9:07 a.m. I had been on their campus since 8:30 a.m. as directed. I recently moved to Winter Haven and I explained that my prescription would expire soon and I could not wait another month for another appointment. NO, my prescription couldn't be refilled, NO, it was protocol and I could not see anyone in the office, NO they did not care! Why is this doctor accepting new patients?
After all of this, I was told to wait in the insurance line again to request a refund.

We moved to Winter Haven 18 yrs ago. We 1st tried Gesseler Clinic but the check in receptionist was so rude 3 different occasions so we decided to switch to Bond Clinic. (I worked in the medical field over 30 yrs so even outside of work I practice being kind to others!) I like having all the services within one clinic (x-rays, lab, specialist, oncology) as it makes life so much easier managing around work hours! It is also nice that they have a urgent care center too! It is so much better then going to emergency! Too many people down here use emergency rooms at the hospitals like doctors offices so when you have a true life threatening emergency the emergency room staff are conditioned to not be too concerned because they seemed to be used to people coming in with paper cuts, the sniffles, and pain management according to a Winter Haven Hospital Staffer! So I would recommend Bond Clinic.

Between my mother-in-law and myself, we have seen several "doctors" of various modalities. We have both vowed to NEVER return to Bond Clinic. What a ridiculous excuse for a health care facility! Lousy doctors, nurses and staff. Run, don't walk!

I have been a patient at Bind Clinic for 15 years ...

I have been a patient at Bind Clinic for 15 years and up to the last year have been very pleased. I want to add my entire family of 4 are patients as well. I have made two phone calls to two separate Doctors and left messages for a call back and one week later still no return call. One call is for insulin that I am out of. I did get an initial call back message, however I called back, left message and here we are one week later with no response. This sadly has happened with my husband also regarding a referral. This has happened consistently over the last year or so. At this point I should probably change clinics/Doctor. I really like my Doctors but if I cannot get meds needed or a referral for a Mammogram it is now interfering with my health!!

I've seen Dr. Strukova on 3 visits. I am really impressed with the fact that she really listens and tries to help. I feel she genuinely cares for her patients. I am also impressed with her knowledge of medicine. She reviewed the results of my blood work and answered all my questions even ones that didn't relate specifically to her field of medicine. I usually don't like to go to see the doctor, but she is pleasant and I actually look forward to going in for my appointments. Her staff is also pleasant to interact with.
