I have been a patient at Bind Clinic for 15 years ...

I have been a patient at Bind Clinic for 15 years and up to the last year have been very pleased. I want to add my entire family of 4 are patients as well. I have made two phone calls to two separate Doctors and left messages for a call back and one week later still no return call. One call is for insulin that I am out of. I did get an initial call back message, however I called back, left message and here we are one week later with no response. This sadly has happened with my husband also regarding a referral. This has happened consistently over the last year or so. At this point I should probably change clinics/Doctor. I really like my Doctors but if I cannot get meds needed or a referral for a Mammogram it is now interfering with my health!!
