Very clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I definitely recommend going and please go support the local Swamp Rabbits the tickets aren't too expensive, it's a good time and they deserve the support!

Great place for large events. Disability friendly. Have been here several times over a 20-year period for both business meetings & religious conventions. Located on the edge of downtown Greenville with easy on/off highway access.

Amazing concert last week I enjoyed a lot. Great time at Great place.

I wasn't sure of going to watch bull fighting as I'm against animal cruelty, and felt very uneasy when seeing Bulls in the Sea in Denia, Spain. I was pleasantly surprised while watching this that it's not as cruel as had anticipated from seeing it on TV. The bulls once the rider has been thrown automatically trot back to their pens, and the riders, even though inches from getting a hoof to the face once they are dismounted, seem very safe.

Great family entertainment or for couples on date night. The whole crowd observing the Star Spangled Banner song was very moving and special, and the comedy from the main commentator was brilliant.

We're here to listen and learn from the Bible the wonderful things Jehovah has in store for us in the future.

We had our convention there. Jehovah witnesses and guest had a spiritual good time.

It seemed very safe, everyone was masked up and spread out. First time I've been in an arena in a great while, felt good.

Ask questions. Don't assume anything. These people don't think outside the script until conversation is initiated. Sadly it has to be ugly before one gets a conversation. When Inask for someone in management she told to go find one, they'll be in a black jacket. Sad sad sad

Great acoustics. Great seats. REO Speedway, Styx, and Dan Felder.

Nice parking garage, easy access. BASS did a great job as did the facility.

My family and I attended the Twenty-One Pilots concert here in October. They place was clean, staff was friendly and joked with you like family while getting the lines to move as fast as they could. The bathrooms had a pleasant clean scent and never ran out of toilet paper, handsoap nor paper towels. Getting through security was fast and easy. Showing tickets was easy. Definitely recommend here. I-/

Just come from the Mike Epps Comedy show. Funny Bits. Some of the skits could not be heard clearly. Don't know if it was the sound system or the Comedians holding the Mic too close to their mouth.

Awesome venue to see any great artist. Although very difficult to get in and out of especially for people with disabilities. Sound quality could be better but was great for such a awesome performance given Alan Jackson. It was a little odd that the cut off for alcohol was early in the night. The price of food was a little hard but it always is at concerts and special events. Security seen well enough. Getting out of the place was a madhouseBut we survived

Great place for shows and events, concessions are expensive, 24oz beer is $10, there are no other prices or sizes.

Centrally located in downtown Greenville, ample parking nearby, clean bathrooms, and a well maintained facility.

Parking is always an issue and expensive, especially if there are 2 shows me after the other.

My shoulder purse was 1 1/2 inches too long? I understand security but some common sense would be good too. The lady at the door told me I might be able to fit a weapon in that extra space?

Went to Monster Jam, which was AMAZING! We had so much fun.

The Charles Daniel band and Alabama we're both good and the bon wellness arena did a good job with the show

Many of the staff are rude and unhelpful. The policy on what you can and cannot bring into the arena

This facility does not handle large crowds very well. The concessions area interferes with the flow of people traffic. It's horrible trying to get around the crowds.
There are only 2 men's restrooms in the whole place. Enjoy waiting in LONG lines to use the bathroom.

Pretty decent facility been to a few concerts here. Far too small for Monster Jam

Bon Secours Wellness Arena, "The Well" is a great asset for Greenville SC. They have sports, concerts and large events. This particular evening I saw Paul McCartney in concert!!!! All seating is good, great event arena

Awesome experience! Great game, food, and activities. One thing is the price... It's expensive!

This place deserves to host more college athletic events!

The arena was great but traffic and parking were terrible we spent an hour and a half within 500 feet of arena stuck in traffic

Saw the show a few weeks ago and it was very nice. Going back to see Kevin Hart in a few months

Love this place, just wish parking was better. You pay for an event, then you have to pay 10-20 bucks just to park somewhere. This applies anywhere with heavy traffic, I suppose. Just absurd. The arena is great though.

We had an excellent trip for a family show. The location is easily accessible with ample parking close to the venue. Staff should be applauded for professionalism in handling large volumes of people, especially rambunctious children, in a swift and efficient manner.

Attended the LOVE NEVER FAILS convention of Jehovah's Witnesses. It was fabulous and wonderful to be around so many brothers and sisters one huge family

Went there for WWE. Had a good time Nice parking garage. To me expensive Price's there but expect that.

Everything was good. The hosts were very helpful. The restrooms were well maintained. The overall concert experience was great.

Very beautiful and spacious public venue where once stood the Greenville auditorium!

The pucks n paws event was awesome! We sat in the section with Great Danes, since we own one! What a wonderful great group of people to meet! The whole event was great staff was very nice. Can't wait for another event like this!

It is always so much fun to watch the Swamp Rabbits play hockey! The staff is friendly and you can enjoy "hoppy hour" for some good deals on drinks and food!

Was in town visiting my in-laws and got to take in a Swamp Rabbits game. Lots of fun and I appreciate the staff at the parking garage not only giving us a heads up that purses weren't allowed at the game but they also provided a clear ziplock baggie for our items that we needed to have on us.

Went for a hockey game. Very convenient parking ramp next-door. Fabulous downtown location if you want to dine or socialize before or after events. Comfortable, safe, very clean, and fabulous support staff at the venue.

Loved this event! Only reason for 4 star review is that I would like to have had more food choices, some healthier choices, especially for children.

Nice place to visit but I wouldn't want to eat there. Come on with the concessions already. You act like you want to be a family place but I can't afford to bring my family!
