The bacon, avocado, tomato and egg whites sandwich was absolutely delicious! Today was my first time at Einstein Bros. Bagels, and definitely going back. The staff is friendly, too. Hopefully the Bagelrito is in stock next time, though. Thanks!

Parking is virtually nonexistent; we had to pay for street parking! Food was so-so and not worth the price. Smoothie was virtually water; at least I got a refund on it. Will not return to this Einstein and will think twice about ever going to another one.
This location is really bad old bagle and very bad behave to customer Best bagel in kendall location I recmented you can try kendall location and then you see difference
I stopped by while on a lunch break from a training. I was very impressed with the menu selection, especially breakfast. I received my food order quickly, but had to wait a while for my drink order to be made. I think it was forgotten about. Either way, I'll be back again when the opportunity presents itself again!
First of all let me mention that the food itself was okay although the sizes were small.
The following points are regarding the branch I visited:
- The cashier lady was rude although the day had just started - They were out of chicken at 9.35AM - We ordered five bagel meals, but just four were brought to the table. The fifth one was on the invoice, but forgotten by the staff.
Joaquina was incredibly kind ! She made sure to be extremely attentive and went out of her way deliver excellent customer service - would absolutely return just for her !
I don't like to complain about workers because i know companies are not giving the right training, not only on the items of the menu, but basically on how to treat your patrons, nevertheless i really found it disturbing that i decided to have breakfast at your location and i felt i wasn't welcomed. I requested a nova lox bagel with eggs. The lady at the cash register said they didnt have it in the menu and was going to add extra eggs on the side. Maybe you changed the menu, cause i used to have that. Then i saw a picture saying chocolate cooler. I asked what was in it and the response was : it's a cooler mix. I asked again what's in the cooler mix? She said again "cooler mix". And added she didn't know much because she hadn't have it. A gentleman ( I assume the floor manager) told me it had coffe and then she replied " i told him that" She hardly made eye contact with me, didn't ask if i had the app for your usual point/discount program, and charged for a lox bagel with eggs and a chocolate coffee almost $18. Needless to say, with that kind of service and the ridiculously high prices of your products, i won't visit any of your locations anymore.
Foods is ok but customer service is seriously LACKING. Maybe they would've got the food right if they asked instead of arguing and giving me a bunch of things I never asked for. I asked for a sandwich straight off the menu and me was offered a plate of tomatoes? And the guy told the ladies add cream cheese when I clearly said TOMATO SPREAD ON THE SIDE. WUS UP. I'm not coming here anymore truly
This is the BEST Einstein location! I have one closer to my home, but on my way to work I stop here! The young woman who is there in the early AM is just amazing!
It's okay. Compared to a real bagel shop stands no chance. Barely any cream cheese on the bagels. It falls into the same category as dunkin donuts or Starbucks, just a matter of which one you want to drive to that day. Clean restaurant and friendly staff are a plus?
Omg I'm a vegan/vegetarian (I know) it's weird on most days I'm a vegan but any who I actually took time and read the menu turns out they have a hummus veg out bagel when I say fuego .
This place used to be amazing!! Then it seems that the owners or management changed and it s never been the same. We still go and enjoy breakfast every now and then, back in the day we used to go every single weekend.
I was waiting 25 minutes to get my order, they missed one of my cream cheese bagel for 20 minutes, and when I was on my my way to work I noticed it was a wrong bagel!!!!...everyone got their orders except me.
Bagels are good, especially the Signature ones. They have good pastries. Ordering and recieving of food is a fair time, but could be better. Prices are ok, but your paying the same as other competitors. Parking is extremely limited, but they do offer valet. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Views are of US1 roadway, not scenic.
Both my husband and I have been frequent patrons of Einstein brothers bagels for several years now but for the last two years every time we visit the location in South Miami they seem to run out of certain bagels choices as early as 8:45-9 am or the staff forgets what goes into the bagel sandwich, mind you the ordering board is just a quick glance away. I m not requesting any special add on s or changes, All I m asking for is some consistency with the menu! Oh, and some clean bathrooms, I tend to wonder if there is no soap in the bathroom What exactly are the employees sanitizing their hands with? I am so done with Einstein brothers and plan to take my business to Offerdahl s.
Today for some reason the online order didn't go through so had to wait a little longer to get my order. They got my wife's order wrong she wanted an everything bagel they gave a reagular bagel. Don't mess with a womans bagel..
Love their bagels! I go there whenever I can. They lost a couple if stars because they do not understand the concept "a side of bacon." They tried to give me one slice of bacon cut in three as an order for $2. I was not having it. Their bagels and smears are Amazing though.
Not the best run Einstein. It's always crowded and the staff seems to be unorganized. I waited 16 minutes for a smoothie because no one wanted to make it and after I asked for my money back they were visibly angry about having to make it.
I went with my family, we are from Uruguay and we had never tried the bagels. My children were fascinated !!! The excellent attention. Although we had difficulties with the language they were very friendly. We will be back!!!
I came back to have breakfast at this place after around three years, the food quality still the same, but the service went way down, you can see employees speaking to each other while you wait more than 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. So sad.
Not the best customer service. Always run out of the gourmet beagles pretty fast in the morning. The cinnamon sugar beagle doesn't look like other Einstein Beagles
