Boiling Pot Restaurant Review

I have never been disappointed. One of my favorite seafood restaurants. I love how they over stuff the poboys:)

Seafood cooked right. Generous portions for the money. The location is lousy to get to. Airport Blvd is always a pain.

If you love seafood this is the place to go. Loved it

The place has gone done Hill. In my opinion. I found hair in my 10 year olds plate. My Dungeness crabs were dry. Food was hot. I was skeptical about visiting in the first beginning, but my mind is made up. I'm pretty much done with the Boiling Pot.

Ist timer...I must say that I enjoyed the seafood platter catfish & shrimp w/out the oysters instead opted for extra shrimp. I enjoyed my meal & would go back when I'm back on town.

Broccoli casoroll tasted like water. There was pieces of crab shell in the crab stuffed fish... good luck of you try it...

FOOD, OPTIONS AND PRICING IS GREAT, WE EAT HERE AT LEAST ONCE A WEEK. JUST WISH THEY HAD A TOGO MENU. SO YOU WILL KNOW WHAT YOU WANT BEFORE YOU GO, ARE EVEN MENUS ON THE WALLS WHIE YOU STAND IN LINE THAT WILL CUT OUT THE LONG WAIT SOMETIMES WAITING BEHIND PEOPLE THAT ARE AT THE REGISTER JUST LOOKING AT THE MENU..

The broccoli casserole had only broccoli and little rice not a good choice for me

Not too bad...I've had much better shrimp gumbo...but overall...it's a nice place to dine...no way to know the nutritional facts though

I had the Snow Cab legs. They were not hot and overcooked. They only have cheap plastic utensils and makes it very difficult to eat the crab legs. I was dissapointed.

The food was fairly standard. Pricey for my taste, but the food was pretty good.

Way too salty, we had the Cajun burger & it was the worse burger I've ever had. I will not eat there again

Clean atmosphere polite employees and don't get me started on the great food I think you will enjoy it let me change that I know you will enjoy it if you love Seafood this is the place to be

I usually love the food. Today my boiled shrimp was old and dry. I was really disappointed.

The food here is excellent, and the staff was absolutely wonderful to me and my family. Has to be some of the best service I ve had in a while. Thanks for the experience!!

Crab legs were overcooked and salty. Butter was cold.

Ate at Boiling Pot of Mobile AL 4-5 yrs ago and would have given it a 5, however food has changed and its not what it used to be.

Food is always good and there s plenty of it. But if they have a line, they do not take call-in orders. You actually have to go in and order.

Fantastic food. A seafood sanctuary. The Cajun Burger is my current favorite hamburger ever.

Great place to dine with Family. Royal Reds, Fried Oysters, and Cheese Grits are phenomenal!

Portion sizes much smaller and the prices higher! Food still good tho...

I should rate this place one star since I know I'll be coming back soon to spend my money and get fatter lol. I came out of Louisiana and was passing through to find a quick bite. Best first stop I made in Alabama. That Cajun Burger was nothing to play with. Real thick beef patty almost the same size as the buns, and there was more meat than lettuce which is a super plus! It was also stacked with shrimps, cheese, strips of bacon, and onion rings. The fries were thick cut and crispy. And me being the fat girl that I am, I added a order of two crawfish balls to my transaction. I tore it all up!!! And let's just say that the store Dirt Cheap's restroom didn't like me afterward lol. Stop by every time!!

You should get rid of your phone number since you don t do call in orders. Save money on that phone bill.

From South Carolina, Stopped by on the way to New Orleans. Never heard of this restaurant. Wanted to try something different. The food was great, nice portion for the price. Will stop by on the way back to S.C.

I ordered the small shrimp poboy and a cup of gumbo with rice. The shrimp made the sandwich without a question. The gumbo had great flavor and was delightful.

It's was the best the food was hot and tast good the Hill & Brooks tea was great love it

I have been eating here for years and thought I d come back to reminisce. The trip down memory lane was less than satisfactory. The fish was fried too hard and lacked flavor. My mother had the steamed shrimp and it was barely seasoned. My grandmother had the fried shrimp and the batter was simply disrespectful. They will have to step up the food if they expect a return visit from my family. (Especially after an 1 1/2 drive)

Food was alright, but wasn't really worth it. We spent thirty dollars for two meals and DRINKS never came with the meal. You had to purchase those separately. What a waste of money. Go to the seafood house.

A girl told us about restaurant at motel we went tried it. We really enjoyed our meal there. Really great food

Great seafood, friendly staff, great price, and a very clean restaurant. The only downside, is it's a very popular place meaning it takes a little while to get through the line, oh but it's worth it.

Great location but poor customer service. Manager and staff are unprofessional and racist. Don't give them your money! There are many seafood places in mobile. Let's stop supporting these businesses that don't care about us.

Really good shrimp gumbo, shrimp jumbalia, red potatoes, crawfish boudin, hush puppies, and cheese grits.
