The bagels we're good, nice and soft and plenty loaded.
I felt that the customer service was lacking when asked about refills. I had to wait several moments before being noticed by the people working at the counter and then was told that no refills we're offered on sodas.
I spoke with the manager and asked if it was posted anywhere that this was not the case. He then finally offered to "top me off" by only filling slightly more than half.
With years of experience in hospitality, I know that soda is cheap enough. It would also be courteous to have a small sign stating that, or to say something like "sorry, we don't offer refills on sodas but I can do it for you this time."
Truly a missed opportunity to follow through with good service.
I go to Bodo's every single opportunity I can. No one makes a better bagel. Period.

We were teased for Y-E-A-R-S with a sign in this location in the 1980s that "Bodo's Bagels are on the way!", but, looking back, it was worth the wait. A great selection of bagels and fixings, you can enjoy a nice afternoon lunch, or get your morning bagel and coffee fix, here with ease. Okay, maybe not the top NY bagel experience, but for Central Virginia it's definitely worth a try.
I have been coming to body's for years, the service is great everyone always has a smile and go out of the way to help you... Its funny I moved aways from Charlottesville for 10 years and when I came back the very first morning I had to come to body's, I think you all go just a great job, keep it up
When you go, get an everything bagel with pesto, egg white, and muenster cheese. It will change you.

DELICIOUS! My boyfriend and I went on a weekend fairly early and it was SLAMMED, but it didnt take hardly anytime to get our food and it was amazing!! Will definitely be back when we are in the area!

So my son says, "Dad, you really need to try Bodo's Bagels....They are really go!" So during a recent trip to Charlottesville, we stopped by the campus location. I believe that there are at least 3 locations in Charlottesville. Anyway, the place was very clean, and the service was fast. I bought the everything bagel pastrami sandwich and it was awesome. The portion was large and it filled me up. The pastrami they used reminded me the pastrami that you get in the NY delis. We will stop by again the next time we're in town. 1-10 stars, I rate them ********* stars.

Super fast service and awesome people! I was turned on to this place by a native New Yorker. So if you know about New Yorkers and bagels, it's like Philly and cheese steaks. I would travel to the Ville twice a week for work and made it a point to go here. Always fresh and nothing but the best.

I've always loved Bodos and the service is always amazingly fast. My normal order is shrimp salad on salt bagel. Down a star because it seemed less shrimp salad than always before.

By far the best Bodo's, they're always fresh bagels and ingredients even if you go close to closing. I can't get enough of their roast beef or the deli egg! As a former chef I envy the skill they bake with.

First thing I ate when moving to cville. People were nice. Price was cheap. Service was fast. Portion was large and all of it was fresh and delicious. The bagle was soft. The egg you could tell was cooked to order. Do yourself a favor and go here instead of fast food for breakfast. Your stomach will thank you.
