Thrilled to see Il Divo this evening! Had looked forward to the show for weeks. Unfortunately, our seats were located next to a morbidly obese individual who literally filled his seat and half of mine. I seriously could not lift my arm while seated next to this gentleman.
I notified the usher of my circumstance and she very quickly and efficiently notified her supervisor Charna who could not be more kind. She secured different seats for my husband and myself.
We are so grateful for her help and hope she can be recognized.
The venue itself is wonderful and all staff were very helpful and courteous. The seats were very comfortable for the average size person. Perhaps special accommodations could be made for those who require more space.

We were there to see the amazing Anita Baker. It was a little crowded around the entrance way while they scanned tickets but other than that, everything was smooth. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and our drinks were nice and stiff. Can't ask for much more than that!

Went to see Suzi orman and Jillian Michaels! They were superb as were many of the people that showed up with them. However the Bob Carr building and auditorium need a ton of work. Also service dogs should not be allowed to set in the middle of the auditore M where they have to bother 40 people to get out either way. ......Take out 2 rows of seats in the middle and give better Access to in-and-out of rows!!!!!!. I will not go there again!!!

I attended a graduation ceremony there, and it was a less than thrilling experience. They graduation started at 11 but they didn't open the doors until 10:35, which didn't allow adequate time for everyone to get seated. It was rushed and not orderly at all. The ceremony was starting and people were still trying to get seated. Total chaos! Also the theater did not have the best acoustics and is in need of an interior updating.

This Theater is absolutely great! I went to this Theater for Pod Saves America show and I was pleasantly surprised by how well you could hear and see the show from any spot inside! Plenty of seating, can fit 2000+ people, great seats, and staff were kind and helpful. There is a parking lot located near the theater, so no need to go looking for a garage to park in. Although you still have to pay to park, but if you have a UCF decal, it is free! If you have an upcoming show in this Theater, you will be happy.

Attended opening night. Very disappointed. Many of the actors/actresses didn't seem to fit the part. The girl's voices were so high pitched and they acted so silly that it was annoying. Another big disappointment...not only did Taylor Hicks, who was pictured on the advertisements for the performance, NOT play the lead of Danny, but he only sang ONE song! That borders on fraudulent advertising to me.

My second year there and it was simply wonderful! From the decor, the orchestra, the singers, the music conductor, the participation of the audience, etc. Love it all. God willing will be looking forward to going again next year. Thank you for all the work in making it a wonderful and great experience.

Disorganized. No parking location readily available. Close garage locked down without information. Only 1 way into bldg. with unfriendly security and very long lines. Paint and other blemishes make it seem uncared for.

Really elegant evening. Location has a bar for some socializing before the show. No bad seat in the house. But make sure you don't have to get up if you get one of the ideal seats at the center.

I have been to many performances here and have been in 4 of them. Guaranteed to get a "good enough" seat all around the house, but that can't be helped. The back stage area is easy to get around and (usually) well managed, 5 stars!

The front parking lot Is always full of trash. The trash can there is always overflowing. They do not maintain the front parking lot, and the bushes and landscaping around the building are always full of trash.

I have always enjoyed going to Bob Carr and will continue to go to concerts and other programs at Bob Carr. The only thing I can say about the concert that I attended on October 5th was that the drummer should happen place further back in the orchestra rather than front stage there were times the drummer overpowered the rest of the music.

A beautiful facility. The seating was very comfortable and visibility was not obstructed. The parking was safe, ample and easy to get to the main auditorium. We were there for a graduation ceremony and it was wonderful.

We love this place for so many years but regarding the sound it is the worst place to attend concerts. Now, with the new Dr Phillips hall we feel like doomed because we love the Classical series and should stay in Bob Carr but not sure for how long.

I saw Kathy Griffin here while the staff of the parking garage seemed to have been overtaken by carbon monoxide poisoning or English was a second-language so god bless them. Great staff inside to direct me to my seat as I can't be trusted otherwise.

Our 12 year old son used his birthday money to buy a ticket to a show and upgrade to the meet and greet. We were never told when this would take place. We asked after the show and were told it already happened earlier. Needless to say he was devastated. We received an email TODAY from your venue with info on the meet and greet that happened LAST night.

I went to this theater with my family and had an amazing experience throughout the show. All the staff members had amazing attitudes, all but one woman who had a horrible personality. I came to this theater to see my favorite band, when wouldn't let my grandfather back in the theater I tried to help him and the woman refused to let me step foot in the theater also. This woman completely ruined the experience.

We saw Greg Gutfeld, had a great time. Downtown Orlando is all torn up, but parking is nearby, and we got out and home without a problem. The theater is beautiful, but not comfortable for larger people. Feels like an economy flight. But we had fun!
