I am really disappointed with the online service. ...

I am really disappointed with the online service. I order an item for my paddle board at the beginning of June, the item is out of stock until mid-August then finally I wait until September. I am not notified of the shipment. I need to claim the tracking number.
I realize the package has returned to the sender. No one informs me and in addition to that I receive an email asking me to pay my bill (paid by card on the day of the order in June.) Finally, they annoy my order. The person ends our exchange by telling me that I will still be able to write in English next time.
Sorry for not knowing English.

Deplorable service. I will never order again.
