I love the service from the After Sale (Apres Ventes) team. I came around today in the morning without an appointment and had the pleasure to be assisted by Alexander. Amazing bias for action - he immediately focused on finding the best solution and did not hesitate to take care of my inquires. Truly customer obsessed mindset and focus on solution and not formalities. I really enjoyed the quality of the support! Highly recommend it!

Used vehicle bought in August and exported to Belgium. Preparation and delivery pro, they are very meticulous! Small administrative concern with the customs taken care of immediately. Nice offers of used vehicles in this Luxembourg garage and cars much better treated and more equipped than at home in Belgium.

I have been a Schmitz customer for years, very good service and customer friendliness, especially from Mr. Dominik Servatius, very competent in his work, explains everything very well and is always available if you have a question. Can only be recommended

after the experience of the Arlon garage I can only recommend this garage worthy of the brand sold.

actually i will add this.
BMW BE is unworthy of the brand. Schmitz's sales department is limited (say 10/20). Their mechanical service is ok (18 / 2O).

Very very unhappy with my visit last week to the b...

Very very unhappy with my visit last week to the bmw schmitz garage in Mersch ... Endless waiting on the phone to reach the garage. (10 to 15 minutes minimum each time).
I asked for a maintenance of my vehicle as well as a simonization and complete cleaning, again very little satisfied ...
The car was not clean, the simonization was not carried out on the entire car ... I noticed that there was a slight indentation on the rear bumper! I hardly dare imagine the rest.
The staff for the most part not friendly, and finally my bill is in German and on behalf of someone else ...
Really not serious all that ...

I have literally just returned from the dealership...

I have literally just returned from the dealership.
I had my first service maintenance done and I have just picked up the car.
I would like to give my feedback as follows:
1) I have setup my service inspection using the BMW 24/7 service app. It went smooth, no phone calls, I could schedule when it was convenient for me and I got back the appointment confirmation the next day.
2) Today I dropped the car early in the morning and I was told I would get a notification via SMS when the car is ready. I have waited all day long and no such notification came, no phone call, no sms, no email, nothing ! I do want to mention that I have been asked for a phone number which I gave. To me, this was an unpleasant surprise, so I called myself and inquired about the car being ready for pickup.
3) I hurried to pickup my car just before the closing hours. The car was ready and the invoice was ready as well. To my surprise, they did not take into account the fact the car had BMW Service included as an option, so they wanted me to pay around 450 EUR. After I asked about the included BMW service option, they checked and told me I have nothing to pay and that it was the fault of the person in charge of the car. Again, another unpleasant surprise.

Honestly, I chose this garage specifically because I heard that at BMW Howald is so much worse, but then again....for a first interaction I was unpleasantly surprised.
Thus I can only give them 2 stars and I will think twice if I ever come back for other maintenance/works, because I'm sure they have highly qualified personnel that can do a great job, but that is only if they want to !
