5 stars to your commercial Ezequiel Reyes, great commercial and professional, very attentive to all my questions that have always had an answer with joy and professionalism.

4 stars to the dealer they stopped putting triangles, vest, first-aid kit and tire repair kit, however when realizing the failure they have told me not to worry that they send it to me by courier.

These little mistakes have to be taken care of, although if the answer is immediate it is understood that we are human and we can be wrong.

Very happy for the business deal !!!

Nefarious service This workshop is not up to the prestige of a brand like BMW. I regret having bought my BMW at this dealership and having trusted them for 7 years to do all the maintenance of my vehicle. I took my car to the 150.00 KM review and they returned it to me with a broken parking sensor, when I went to claim the damage they not only did not assume the repair but they treated me as a liar. They are expensive and in return they give a poor quality service. Beware of them!

Very bad experience after carrying a mini with 5 years, 185000 km and all the revisions in official service, with breakage of distribution chain, after several budgets (The first of 5611 ) have from BMW customer service a commercial contribution of about 1500 for what they consider to be poor quality of the damaged parts.
Two and a half months without a car, between pieces that come from Germany and others, countless calls and assistance to the workshop, little clarity in the data to the client.
Something that is not supposed to break ...
It breaks and you pay 3500 !!!

I am driving my car because a bumper on top of the wheel broke. They tell me that I have to buy the part and also pay for the labor service, the logical thing, all this without seeing the car. Once I have bought the part, they are going to see the state of the vehicle and it is then, paid part, when they tell me that I have to change the entire side and rear plate because if not, I quote verbatim, "the part will be loose". In other words, if I did not have the resources to change both sheets, I would have spent 80 for absolutely nothing, being a purely aesthetic piece.

Fortunately, I am not as naive as you have thought, and I am not a mechanic nor have I fixed a car in my life, but when I got home I limited myself to placing it, leaving the piece perfectly placed, not loose, or anything that I have described.

Here are two options: either little desire to work or that they see a young girl and believe that they can get money from her everywhere, although I am more inclined to the latter, since I already happened in this same place a few months ago when I punctured a wheel I was 6 months old and they insisted on changing both of them.

I will never return to this dealership after both experiences.

I went to the dealership and if the telephone service was bad, the staff had better not enter to assess.

You arrive and everyone looks at you but nobody lifts a finger. But they would like to work to see if you leave and they don't move.

When I ask a person there, the answer that he does not know that this type of vehicle takes him Xxxx and until tomorrow nothing ...

In the end I left and will not return.

I try a bit of a joke to be a premium vehicle workshop.
Both sheet metal repairs and revisions are painful.
You are paying an engineer hour price for bricklayer jobs.
I honestly do not recommend taking the car to this workshop if you like things to go well.

Entered and no one at reception. Due to the issue of covid I am waiting where they indicate. Sellers who are not attending to anyone see me, and none of them deign to even ask what they wanted. I see a salesman who goes out to smoke and enters and I don't care. After 15 minutes I leave without being attended.
It will be that they sell many cars and they are not interested in selling more.
I do not recommend this dealership to anyone.

The workshop is a mess, a real garbage, super poorly organized, poor communication between employees and the worst, a waiting list of WEEKS AND EVEN MONTHS to fix your vehicle. Only for this reason it is not worth having a BMW in Seville, this dealer and workshop give a lousy service, any breakdown, even if it is minimal, if you want to fix it in the official workshop (as is normal in cars of medium-high range as this) will take at least 3 weeks and even more.
Today I took my car because I had a blow in the lower part, nothing serious at the moment but if it was not fixed I could go for more. After having my car there all morning (with the difficulties that entails), in the end they did not check it (because it was necessary to raise it and all the elevators were supposedly occupied). Finally they have told me, that by doing me the favor, they give me an appointment for August 20 (3 weeks later), but that they should give it to me by September 10 (almost a month and a half). During that time the car would be at the mercy of a more serious breakdown, and the workshop manager told me so. It is not the expected service in a high-end car. The car is only one month old, and it is at all risk with BMW Financial Services. I have it clear, my first and my last BMW, they are good cars, but their official workshop in Seville is crap and that is more than enough reason.

Almost 2 years ago I bought a new car in this house, now the car does not stop making a noise every time I take it, I take the vehicle to BMW and they tell me that the noise comes from the brake pad but that as the pads are In good condition they will not change because it still has 7000 km left, their solution is to hold the noise until it makes these 7000 km or for me to assume the costs of the change, the car being under warranty.
I find it embarrassing that a renowned brand like BMW does not agree to change the pads because they are in good condition
Now I understand why people decide to buy their vehicle in other similar brands.

Good, just as I say one thing I say another. 1 month later I found the car with an oil stain on the ground, I took it to the nearest workshop running and they confirmed that the oil filter was loose because it was not tight. Things like that make a customer think not to return.

The best in Seville in terms of service and treatment. I am a Mini customer and both at the time of sale (thanks to Marta Quintana) and in the after-sales they treat great. Without going any further, the other day the brake witness jumped out, I took it and they told me it was the fluid, they filled it up for free and washed my car. The pills were measured in if you (someone else tells you they are worn out and "sticks it in" for you).

Unfortunately, in the official house they give you such an unprofessional treatment. You take the car on a crane due to starting problems and the workshop service has no idea, they go around hitting the road telling you that this has to be changed to see if it starts and if not then we will keep looking to see, all with budgets of around 800 euros and they are increasing if the car does not start. Well, I decided to get the car out of there since I can't pay for more repairs and in the end it was going to cost me to fix it like a new car. I find that I have to pay to deliver the car with scratches that they did not have and with all the disassembled parts thrown in the trunk. In the end, I took the car with the crane to another workshop that is not the official one but they have much more professionalism than they do. In short I have paid because they scratch my car and they deliver it to me in bad ways, I am a fan of bmw but after what happened I will NEVER buy a car of that brand again, much less take it there.

Disappointing, zero seriousness and total informality by the after-sales service and workshop. I took the car to do the annual check and fix the driver's back window. In principle they told me that in 24 hours they would have it, that if not, they would let me know. When no one called me, I showed up there with the surprise that my car was not fixed. They also couldn't offer me a courtesy car because they didn't have it, and they didn't even offer me the possibility of calling a taxi. All morning lost for nothing.
Of course, the attention received is not up to the quality and category of the BMW brand.
