The sheet metal and painting service leaves much to be desired, I have had to take it 3 times and it is still not up to what this brand deserves.The first one was because there was rock dust inside the car, I guess they polished the car with the door open and another 2 more times because the paint rose and I have to go back because the pieces are not well anchored. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT

The last one was a problem with the distribution chain that started with a budget of 1000 and ended with 4000, not satisfied with this they give it to me with the air conditioning discharged and it continues with a noise in the engine, with which I have had to take it back. After leaving 10 messages on the answering machine indicating that they will call you, this never happens, regardless of the department they are never, or they are after hours. Regrettable commercial attention of an "advisor" whose name I do not know, since he did not appear, in which he limited himself to dispatch us, I suppose based on appearances, showing an attitude of "excess" and arguing erroneous information about BMW Premium Selection models that are easily verifiable with a simple Google search. Perhaps this "professional" was not aware that a person who enters a dealership arrives with a lesson learned and knowing what they are looking for.
When it comes to being considered a Premium brand, the attention, care and loyalty of the customer should be valued and not only the excessive prices of cars, accessories / options and labor.
The sad thing is that for every dissatisfied customer that leaves there, three unsuspecting people will enter the dealership.

I bought a car with a few kms and months in this dealership, with some damage that they were going to repair before delivering. In the case of BMW I did not worry about checking it when I picked it up, and as soon as I left the dealership the computer indicated that a tire was missing air, and I found a stain on the carpet of one 15 cm. diameter approx., I immediately called BMW to complain, I put air in it and gave no more importance. After a few days the same tire loses air again, I take it to the dealer and they tell me that I probably punctured it when I left BMW. I found it outrageous. Finally they repaired the puncture, but you had to argue and spend the whole morning in BMW, the discomfort is not taken away by anyone, of course the stain was not touched, but with the time they took with the tire I better resolve on my own. I think it is highly recommended to check the vehicles before removing them from this dealer and relying on it can be a mistake. On the other hand I have taken another bmw to the workshop and the girl who receives the cars in the workshop and the advisor are excellent, although it is impossible to speak to the advisor on the phone. I also do not like having to pay for the codes or any other spare part when ordering them and not when they perform the intervention. Apart from this the experience on my part was satisfactory.
