The person in charge tells me to take the vehicle because the upholstery of the driver's chair is loose telling me that clearly should not be like that. I take the vehicle to the agreed appointment, 3 hours later it tells me that this model comes like this and I leave with the car the same and lost time. No one is responsible for anything or received a slight apology for what happened.
I do not recommend anyone to take their car to that workshop, since they do not even know how the vehicles they market and work with them on a daily basis.

Organizational chaos I was told at 9 in the morning that my car was ready. I could not pick it up until 11 o'clock. Once there they took a long time to assist me, later the car that had been told that it was finished was not finished because it had not been washed and they went to wash it. When I was delivered once at home, I discovered that I was missing the radio antenna. I phoned and they told me to go back to the workshop so they will look for the antenna. The antenna had been removed and left in the trunk.

After an accident that caused a mechanical breakdown, my insurance referred me to this workshop. There they assured me that they could repair it and they would not delay. I delivered my car on October 11, 2018 and until January 2019 they did not return it repaired. Faced with my complaints and the lack of information, the head of the workshop with bad forms, stopped treating me directly. I decided then to fill out the claim form and process it with consumption. Only after that moment, the after-sales manager began to assist me, although he still did not give me concrete information about the repair and delivery date, at least he spoke with education. An unfortunate service that of course, I do not recommend.

The result is that the turbo ends up flushing and the breakdown is about 1000 euros in the house.
