Michael is an exceptional employee of BMW of Nashville and make sure you keep him there!! I would recommend you give him a raise he is that thorough with whatever your needs are with your BMW! He's an asset to your company went over everything with the vehicle, everything that was done and what was needed and no surprise bills... Keep Michael he's a good one... one thing I was surprised at compared to the other Highline dealerships that I visit with my other vehicles is your waiting area is very uncomfortable and just has a cold feeling to it. Perhaps some leather chairs and rugs like Mercedes Lexus Infiniti Porsche I just kind of expected more of a comfortable waiting experience at this particular BMW store.
